KK Auto Repair Introduce

KK Auto Repair, located at 1602 Bradyville Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, USA, presents itself as an Auto Repair Station providing vehicle maintenance and repair services. The contact information for the establishment is (615) 809-2813 or +1 615-809-2813. However, based on available customer reviews, it is imperative to provide a cautious and objective introduction for local users, as the feedback indicates significant concerns regarding the quality of service, honesty, and customer satisfaction.

Based on the provided customer reviews, the operational environment at KK Auto Repair appears to be characterized by delays and a lack of transparency. One customer reported their car "sat there for two weeks," which suggests potential issues with workflow management, staffing, or the sheer volume of work compared to available resources. The customer narratives paint a picture of a service center where communication regarding repairs and costs is unclear or misleading, leading to frustration and increased expenses for the car owners. The experiences described do not reflect an organized or customer-centric environment. Instead, they suggest a setting where customers felt pressured to pay for services that did not resolve their vehicle's problems, ultimately leaving their cars in a worse condition.

Services Offered (as perceived by customers)

Based on the provided customer reviews, KK Auto Repair seems to offer general automotive repair services, but the execution of these services has been critically questioned by customers. The specific services mentioned include:

  • Engine Replacement: One customer detailed an experience where a mechanic installed a new engine, which was subsequently claimed to be faulty, leading to a request for additional payment for a "better motor." This indicates they undertake significant powertrain repairs.

  • Water Pump Replacement: Another review mentions a service for an overheating car, where a water pump was replaced. This points to their engagement in cooling system repairs.

  • General Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Customers brought their cars in for various issues (overheating, unspecified problems), implying the shop performs diagnostic work to identify vehicle malfunctions.

However, it is crucial to note that the effectiveness and accuracy of these services are severely disputed by the customers who provided reviews. The services, while offered, reportedly did not resolve the underlying vehicle problems and, in some cases, exacerbated them.

Features and Customer Experience (Based on provided reviews)

The customer reviews paint a consistent and overwhelmingly negative picture of the features and customer experience at KK Auto Repair.

  • Dishonesty and Lack of Transparency: Both reviews prominently feature accusations of dishonesty. One customer explicitly states, "They are dishonest," while another calls them "crooks and liars." This is evident in situations where mechanics allegedly claimed new parts were bad, requested additional funds for a "better" part, or misdiagnosed issues leading to further problems.

  • Inaccurate Diagnostics and Ineffective Repairs: A recurring theme is that repairs performed did not fix the original problem, or introduced new ones. For instance, a water pump replacement led to a total loss of the engine due to continued overheating. Similarly, an engine replacement allegedly resulted in the car being in "worse shape than it was before." Another mechanic reportedly stated that KK Auto Repair "did not repair the car correctly."

  • Financial Exploitation: Customers report feeling "ripped off" and having "wasted time and money." There were instances of being asked for "more money" for a "better motor" after an initial repair failed, and paying for services that yielded no positive results.

  • Extended Downtime: One customer mentioned their car "sat there for two weeks," indicating potentially lengthy repair times and significant inconvenience.

  • Poor Communication and Follow-up: The instruction to "drive it but, stay in Mboro don't go far" after a significant repair, followed by finding "something else wrong with the car," suggests a lack of confidence in their own work and poor post-repair communication or quality assurance.

  • Negative Impact on Customers' Lives: One particularly severe consequence mentioned is the loss of a job due to the car becoming a "total loss" after alleged faulty repairs, highlighting the profound negative impact on customers.

  • Absence of Customer Satisfaction: Both reviews explicitly state that the customers would "never go back" and "don't recommend anyone else to," which is the strongest possible indicator of severe dissatisfaction.

Promotional Information (or lack thereof, based on reviews)

The provided customer reviews contain no positive promotional information for KK Auto Repair. Instead, they serve as severe warnings.

  • Negative Word-of-Mouth: The predominant "promotional" aspect derived from these reviews is strong negative word-of-mouth. Phrases like "Please do not go here," "DO NOT COME HERE!!! WARNING!! WARNING!!", and "THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!" act as a powerful deterrent to potential customers.

  • Reputational Damage: The accusations of being "crooks and liars" and causing significant financial and personal hardship would severely damage the shop's reputation, making it difficult to attract new business based on positive referrals.

  • Lack of Positive Features to Promote: The reviews highlight a severe absence of any positive features (like prompt service, reliable repairs, fair pricing, or honest communication) that could be used for promotion.

In conclusion, based on the provided customer reviews, KK Auto Repair at 1602 Bradyville Pike, Murfreesboro, TN, has significant and concerning issues related to service quality, diagnostic accuracy, financial transparency, and customer satisfaction. The experiences described by customers include allegations of dishonesty, ineffective repairs, and substantial financial loss, leading to strong recommendations to avoid this Auto Repair Station.

KK Auto Repair Customer Reviews

Please do not go here we took a our car there it sat there for two weeks. The mechanic put a motor in the car after he put it in he said the motor was bad. Then he asked for more money so he could get a better motor. Then he said after a few days we could come and pick up the car. When we did he found something else wrong with the car. We got tired of wasting time and money. He said to drive it but, stay in Mboro don't go far. We had to pay him. The car is in worse shape than it was before. We will never go back and don't recommend anyone else to. They are dishonest I

DO NOT COME HERE!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! I took my car there because it was getting hot. I spent $560 to have the water pump changed because that mechanic said it needed it. Not even 2 weeks later my car overheated and the motor was a total loss. All the coolant was gone again. This time the car was a total loss . When I brought the car back to the mechanic he said the motor needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me $2800 to put another one. I then took it to another mechanic and they told me that the mechanics at KK Auto were responsible. They did not repair the car correctly. Now I have no car and lost my job because of it. They are crooks and liars. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! If I can give a negative stars I would.

I was in a pinch on a saturday, and they where able to help me out. I did feel the price was a little high for total work done. However staff seemed friendly, and work was done quick. If you need minor work done, this place would be a good fit.

i went here to get 2 fittings greased i brought the fittings in the store "not installed on car" and i asked to get them greased and in no time he brings the grease gun out and puts grease in them before even discussing price then precedes to tell me 20 dollars for not even a table spoon of grease i said that's crazy i could buy a whole kit for that so we haggle back and forth and he keeps going back to 10 dollars and at this point 10 bucks for less then a table spoon of grease is crazy as he a can see im not paying 10 bucks for this then takes my parts hostage till i fork over the ten bucks. never the less i payed the 10 buck so i could get out of there, worst experience and worst customer experience i have ever had if i could give 0 stars i would
