Poor experience with Todd's. We made a reservation the week before to get my car in with a safety concern. We dropped it off at the appointed time. They failed to look at the car or communicate anything to us the first day. We called in just before five and were told it would be looked at first thing the next morning. All of day two goes by same story. I call at end of day two (again no proactive communication) to hear there is no update. I came middle of day three and just picked the car up. No apology, no information, just wasted time and effort on our part.

My husband took his car to get a LOT of work done cost us over $3,000 and not even 2 yrs later part of their work failed. I know crap happens but turns out they didn’t do a good enough job, not even willing to repair the work. Not a good business, we’re taking the car to another shop that has better quality of service.

We have been Todd's customer for 17 years, and they offer quality service at reasonable price. Mr. Todd has a great staff team. Bill, for example, is knowledgeable and responsive. Recently I mentioned to Mr. Todd that our 30-year-old Buick's windows do not row down for years and it's hard to get parts. Mr. Todd and his team came out of their way to find parts and spent a few days to restore the window systems. We appreciate their care and efforts and would recommend them for anyone!

Not many people use my kind of car the way I do, but cars are tools right? Todd's has always steered me right when other places see the sticker on the hood and immediately try and stick me $1000's in unnecessary repairs. Thank you guys for helping keep myself and those in Murfreesboro going!
