I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The person in charge of the commercial section, Luis, was extremely uncooperative. I arrived at the store at 6:29 PM, and he told me he couldn't assist me because of the time, even though the store was still open. His reaction was unacceptable and his attitude was rude. I also contacted another branch, and they confirmed that there is no policy requiring the commercial section to close at 6:30 PM. Despite that, Luis completely refused to provide any assistance. I do not recommend visiting this store at all. You can find much better service at other brands.

Always fast service and they tend to have what i need in stock. Also, ya got to love the loaner tool program. They have nearly any tool for any job.

My son, college student at mtsu, night class, came out of class to discover his battery was dead. He went to autozone to get the battery. Time was 8:45pm. The manager/employees would not install battery due to closing in 15 minutes; therefore my son had to buy tools and change battery in dark parking lot. ALONE! Parents of students at MTSU do not send your kid to this store. Send them to another store that will help our young stay safe and help them!!!!!!! Autozone, if your kid was in my area, I’d make sure they were safe and had the knowledge n tools to change the battery!!!!

Service sucks. Two workers to check people out, but 6 workers in the store. Had to wait 10 minutes to check out.

It is such a relief, knowing that I can come here and always get exceptional service! Females tend to get taken advantage a lot when it comes to these things. It has never happened here! In fact, it’s been the exact opposite. Employees always go above and beyond. Today, Rudolph was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and funny! He made me feel so comfortable while helping me with my car. This place is truly is the best!
