They can be contacted by phone at (615) 848-7170 or mobile at +1 615-848-7170, serving as a point of contact for individuals seeking estimates and repair services after an unfortunate incident.

The environment of a large-scale collision repair center like Crash Champions is typically characterized by a structured and industrial setup. You would generally expect a spacious repair bay equipped with specialized tools for frame straightening, paint booths, and areas for disassembly and reassembly. The aim is often to process a significant volume of vehicles efficiently, maintaining a streamlined workflow. While specific details about the Murfreesboro location's waiting room or customer amenities are not provided, corporate collision centers usually aim to offer a clean and somewhat comfortable reception area for customers, understanding that individuals visiting after an accident are often under stress. The overall impression of the facility would likely be one of a professional, organized auto body shop, designed for handling significant vehicle damage and restoration projects.

As a prominent player in the collision repair industry, Crash Champions Collision Repair Murfreesboro provides a comprehensive suite of services focused on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. These typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Full Collision Repair: Addressing structural damage, body panel replacement, and alignment issues resulting from accidents.
  • Auto Painting and Refinishing: Utilizing modern paint systems, often waterborne, to match existing vehicle colors and ensure a seamless finish. This includes proper surface preparation, primer application, painting, and clear coating.
  • Dent Repair and Removal: Ranging from minor ding removal (Paintless Dent Repair or PDR) to more extensive dent repair requiring bodywork and painting.
  • Bumper Repair and Replacement: Repairing damaged bumpers or replacing them if the damage is severe.
  • Frame Straightening: Advanced equipment to restore the vehicle's frame to factory specifications after structural damage.
  • Auto Glass Repair and Replacement: Addressing damaged windshields, side windows, and rear glass.
  • Hail Damage Repair: Specialized techniques for repairing dents caused by hail.
  • Aluminum Repair: As modern vehicles increasingly use aluminum, specialized tools and training are required for its repair.
  • Mechanical Repairs Related to Collisions: While primarily a body shop, collision centers often handle mechanical work directly impacted by the collision, such as suspension or steering components.
  • Insurance Claim Assistance: Often working directly with insurance companies to streamline the claim process for customers.
The overarching goal of these services is to ensure both the cosmetic appearance and the structural integrity and safety of the repaired vehicle.

The features of Crash Champions Collision Repair Murfreesboro, based on the provided customer reviews, present a mixed picture. A positive point highlighted by one customer is the presence of a "friendly receptionist," suggesting that initial customer interactions can be pleasant. However, the reviews reveal significant concerns regarding quality of work and customer service from other staff members. One customer reports noticing "rust forming on my bumper from a few minor rock chips" within 60 days of a repair, attributing it to improper preparation before painting. This suggests a potential issue with the quality of craftsmanship and durability of repairs, which is a critical concern for collision centers. The customer also states that Crash Champions "refuses to take responsibility, instead blaming me for the problem," indicating a lack of accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. This is particularly problematic given that many collision centers, including Crash Champions nationally, typically offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs. Another review highlights serious issues with customer interaction, describing a staff member as a "jerk guy talked down to her in front of us and then talked to us like we were stupids for asking questions about his inflated estimate." This points to a significant deficiency in professional communication, respect for customers, and transparency in pricing. The perception of "inflated estimate" further exacerbates trust issues. These accounts collectively suggest that while the facility provides the necessary collision repair services, there are considerable challenges in ensuring consistent quality of work and positive customer experiences across all interactions and repair outcomes. It is important for customers to be aware of such feedback when considering a repair facility.

Regarding promotional information, specific current promotions for the Murfreesboro location are not provided in the given details. However, larger collision repair chains like Crash Champions often employ standardized marketing strategies across their locations. These typically include:

  • Lifetime Guarantees/Warranties: A common feature in the collision repair industry, promising to stand behind the work for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. (Note: The customer review indicates a potential discrepancy in the application or interpretation of this guarantee at the local level.)
  • Free Estimates: Most collision centers offer complimentary damage assessments to provide customers with an idea of repair costs.
  • Insurance Company Partnerships: Advertising their ability to work with all major insurance providers to streamline the claims process.
  • Online Appointment Booking/Repair Status Tracking: Modern conveniences that enhance the customer experience.
  • I-CAR Gold Class Certification: Many reputable collision centers highlight certifications from industry training organizations, signifying a commitment to high standards.
  • Customer Testimonials: Showcasing positive experiences on their website or marketing materials, although the provided reviews here present a more challenging picture.
Given the negative feedback regarding quality and customer service, Crash Champions Collision Repair Murfreesboro might need to focus promotional efforts on reinforcing their commitment to quality assurance, staff training in customer relations, and transparent communication, particularly concerning estimates and warranty claims, to rebuild trust within the local community. They might emphasize a "People First" approach, which is often a corporate motto for such chains, to highlight their dedication to customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, Crash Champions Collision Repair Murfreesboro, categorized as an "Auto Repair Station," provides comprehensive collision repair services for vehicles in the Murfreesboro, TN area. While it offers a broad range of post-accident restoration services, the available customer reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the durability and quality of repairs, particularly concerning premature rust, and issues with staff professionalism and transparent communication regarding estimates and accountability. Prospective customers should be aware of these reported experiences and are encouraged to conduct thorough inquiries and ensure clear understanding of all repair processes and warranty terms before committing to services at this location.

Crash Champions Collision Repair Murfreesboro Customer Reviews

I recently had my Ram 1500 repaired by Crash Champions Collision, and within just 60 days, I started noticing rust forming on my bumper from a few minor rock chips. At this point, there are about seven rust spots, which is extremely frustrating, especially since my factory bumper never had any rust issues. Despite this, Crash Champions Collision refuses to take responsibility, instead blaming me for the problem. It’s clear to me that the bumper was not properly prepped before painting, which has led to premature rusting. Proper prep work is crucial for durability, and unfortunately, it seems like corners were cut in this case. Whether it’s due to poor craftsmanship, low-quality materials, or both, the results speak for themselves. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their work and the lack of accountability from the shop. A repair should last much longer than a couple of months, especially when dealing with something as basic as a bumper. Now, I’m left with no choice but to take my truck to a reputable repair shop to have the issue fixed properly—something that should have been done right the first time. If you’re considering taking your vehicle to Crash Champions Collision, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their work make them a risky choice. Save yourself the headache and find a repair shop that takes pride in their work and values their customers.

The only good part about this place is the friendly receptionist. The jerk guy talked down to her in front of us and then talked to us like we were stupids for asking questions about his inflated estimate. I wouldn’t trust anyone that talks to his staff and customers disrespectfully to repair my vehicle. We were all ready to schedule an appointment until he opened his mouth. I hope the receptionist finds a new job that deserves her.

Crash champions is a predatory collision center that is aligned with the likes of insurance and dealers. They will try to convince you to fix or replace things entirely that are not damaged and operational. They will overcharge you and worst of all, they will tell you that they are going to keep you upto date on the process. Never called me a single time, and when I called they wouldn't release any information to me saying they had to talk to insurance first even after insurance told me to call them. They had my car which only needed a windshield and hood replaced TOTALED saying the front bumper and headlight assemblies were damaged and needed replaced, even though I have pictures and videos of the headlights and front end, showing they work and don't even have scratches on the lenses. These people are scammers and predators, please do not take your business here. They will not be honest at any point and will leave you clueless and car less.

Took my vehicle to get an estimate over a week ago. They still have not sent it to the insurance company. No way I would trust them with my vehicle if they can't get simple stuff done. Front desk lady was awesome!

I've been in the automotive business for about 20 years. I've always been above and beyond expectations and I'm also good at ceramic and glass coating. I was a detailed manager or Foreman at lazydays RV and people love me. Had a situation with my mom that's in a nursing home so I lost my job because I had to tend to her. I was told that this place was for people that 16 years of age which to me. I don't see how that's possible because a 16-year-old has to go to school three months after getting out of school. So I have a question of when a car comes to get cleaned. Do that car go back to body for a piece to get put on when the piece should have been put on before it was sent to get clean? I have redone several cars more than two or three times over because it had to go back to get something put on when it should have been put on before it was sent. I was also told my car wasn't clean of what not when they come up but this is what the car or van looks like before it comes out the wash bay. One of the pictures was a picture that when the car was dirty the rest of them was how it looked when I got done.
