Staff was friendly and very professional christopher bennett and peggy were very friendly. This facility is huge and has many tires and parts in stock. My 1st service for my 2024 Lexus F Sport was a horrible experience! I provided the details to their customer care team on a call after my service and they stated this would be escalated to upper management. I used Temecula for convince I live and work in Temecula. But based on this bad experience I will take my business to Escondido service to be treated with professionalism and courteousness it's worth the drive for me now.
