Was greeted nicely at my car and they were able to get my car serviced quickly. Everyone I encountered was professional and happy. Randall did a great job!!

Amazing service at this location. The two gentlemen were polite and kind. They were very straight forward. It is a rainy day and the process was in and out. Now, I'm home enjoying my day, not having to sit waiting for my oil change to finish. Thank you to a speedy service, you guys. Oh, and the best thing also, is you stay in your car so you can be right there to see what is being done.

Very polite and informative on my truck. I love my truck it's a 2001 Ford Ranger and it my second child lol. Always teaching me things about my oil changes. They always pushing sales also. I don't mind cause it be things I need and did not know thanks for great customer service.

Went here to get an oil change between open houses because we are searching for a new home. It was the closest one to our location at the time and we got pretty lucky. I use a slightly higher viscosity oil than is recommended by the manufacturer because I'm not easy on my car. They were happy to use what I asked. They didn't have my filter in stock so they apologized and said they were going to the auto parts store to grab what I needed. I hoped it wouldn't take too long because we were between open houses. Fortunately it took 3-5 minutes tops to go get it. I think someone sprinted over to the store to pick it up. They gave me 25% off for a 5 minute wait. They also still honored the military discount so the price was great even though I was perfectly willing to pay full price. They have mobile 1 full synthetic and high milage synthetic as well as there own name brand synthetic oil if you are looking for a cheaper option. I opted for mobile 1. Even if we don't move into the neighborhood I will likely find myself returning here for oil changes because of the fantastic customer service. Thanks to whoever ran over to the auto parts store to pick up my filter.

Very accommodating and quick. Super chill staff that even checked and filled up my tires along with checking and topping off all fluids. They also do differentials and belts, Wipers and filters. I suggest seeing them for a quick oil change.

I do Not know about the other locations, however, I decided to take my companies truck there to get an oil change, but also wanted a tire rotation done as well. The West Market street location by Sand Run Rd., I will never take it there again ! When it was 5 minute lube, I stopped going there then, because I had more problems with my vehicle after, then I did before. Anyways, they do not do tire rotation, it is not a quick place to get your oil change as they advertise and shortly when I got my FULL SERVICE including my wipers replaced, it was raining, I am going down the expressway and the passenger wiper flies off of the truck causing scratches now on the windshield. When the rain stops, I noticed scratches on the hood and side of the.truck that was not there before I took it in and kept it clean as I could. I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle there if you do not want the same or worse done to your vehicle and the workers need to look neater and cleaner than they do and not stand around laughing and talking to each other when we are waiting to get out quickly like they falsely advertise.

This facility was fast and professional. Jacoby was thorough and polite. Takes the time to go over the pricing, the process and explains everything as he goes. As a DIYer for all things mechanical, it was tough for me to let go and trust but Jacoby made it easy.

Wonderful as it is always!!! I have 4 vehicles that are serviced at that location regularly. I have learned the names of some staff and we have a friendly relationship. Even the new staff are pleasant. I consider them all to be my friends and I let them know how much I enjoy seeing them on a regular basis!

Convenience at a cost! Just recently, they started charging extra for the oil filter which should be included in the cost of service! I'm offended that an already overpriced service is being priced out a la carte. It's greedy and I'm going elsewhere or learn how to do it on my own.
