Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I bought tires from tire choice and they were OK but then I noticed that I start losing pressure in my tires so I called the tire center, they had me to come in. They checked my tire. They told me that my tire was fine. They put some air in it, OK I noticed the next day that I needed more air in my tires so I called back as it comes to see. I have been to center at least six times within a weeks frame. I was told that my tire was fine and that I needed new sensors in my tires I got new sensors and the problem persists the very next day after me spending so much money , they told me that they found a hole in the wall of my tire and that my warranty did not cover that that is a bunch of crap. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I would not suggest him they can’t even get a star from me because like I said, I’ve been there 5 to 6 times within a week frame after I spend money on sensors then they find the hole in my tire bullshit . Don’t ever go there again I won’t. And from the repair is showing up that I have low tire pressure, but it’s the wrong tire that shows up on the dashboard

Scheduled an appointment for tire alignment on my vehicle. After making all the arrangements to drop the car off and drive there, a very unpolite girl told me that they won't do it because the vehicle has parking sensors. I gave my car info over the phone. Why would they make me drive all the way here and deny the service. In my opinion, it's a bad business.

I used to come here all the time. I scheduled as I'd been directed in the past because corporate doesn't always inform the shop & they double book. I went down to Dunkin Donuts to wait for an oil change that was scheduled at 11 am. The old shop manager would call to inform me of changes & when my car was finished. 3 hours later, my car still hadn't been started. Then I was given excuses about 1 tech & he rushed the job. My car smells like burning oil, it's now idling with a low grumble & they lied about doing a tire rotation as I was sitting there watching the whole time. I call the corporate number when the ok smell hadn't gone away to see if there was another nearby shop of theirs they could have me get into to double check what the rude tech who rushed through my job had done & corporate just sent me back to the shop manager who gave me excuses about their poor service. Never again

I've been going here for years, this is my second or third five star review. Came in today for an oil change. I asked Ken about getting new tires soon and he said they could do it right now. Great price and service, and Ken always offers a wealth of knowledge about everything.

We were unable to be squeezed in, and needed the work done today. Trinity helped us find a way to get what we needed. She truly went above and beyond what she needed to do. 10/10 highly recommend

Brought my tuck in for an oil change and rotation. They were kind and knowledgeable. They weren’t able to do the rotation because my truck weighs too much. They made up for it by taking my total down and giving me a discount. That was much appreciated. Friendly staff. Would come back.

They do not do a good job of keeping in touch with the customer. Will hold your car for days without reaching out. After paying over $1000 for a repair they: didn't screw in the plastic piece for the hood, left a tool in the car, and disconnected an oil sensor. We brought it back the next morning to be dealt with ( from their screw up) and have waited over 8 hours and they still haven't looked at the car. Nice people, but if you screw up, my suggestion is to fix that first and put everything else on hold.

The Tire Choice was definitely a choice... One that I definitely won't be making again. The technician was 2 hours late and their balancer machine wasn't working properly. Was there 4 hours and had to have another shop fix the balancing. The check in girl was friendly, but the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.
