Check out this Auto zone. Ricky was a amazing help. I was having a bad day. My battery warranty expired on my Ford ranger 2001. So I had to purchase a new battery. It's cold in Ohio if you didn't know. He removed old battery and replaced new battery with ease. Wonderful customer service. I was learning and he was the teacher. Thanks for saving the day Ricky. The staff was super nice and was able to not just find the battery I needed but even installed it for me! The battery with a 2-year warranty was very affordable. I'd give them 10 ⭐️s if I could!

I truly have leaving bad reviews but the employees I had the displeasure of meeting were absolute space cadets who knew nothing about cars. Dude tested my battery while totally corroded and said 'I don't want to sell you a battery if you don't need one because it's corroded so it'll always test bad' and I said 'yeah... Dont you have that brush to clean it with?' and he didn't know what I was talking about. Got a new battery anyway then he started touching all around my engine and told me I should 'have my boyfriend look at my engine because it's super shaky' then started spinning bolts. I told him to stop touching things and also felt wildly uncomfortable by that bf comment. He was totally unprofessional and uneducated. He's a shorter guy, if you see him please go anywhere else. I have a small car, small car engines shake...

I came for help to get oil and no help when I told him I did not know where it is the store has no customers but me and it’s 3 workers. Horrible. But I came to my car and called the auto zone on Hawkins and received help over the phone. I felt Discriminated against
