The people working at this location are so ridiculously nice! From the time I pulled up until the time I pulled away they were all so kind and upbeat. They helped me understand what was going on and explained about my filter and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing a single thing about how my car works, LOL. I will seriously go to this location forever, not just because it's right by my house but because the crew working there was just that good🥰

My oil change, fluids and tire pressure were finely checked and changed and topped off. Team worked well together and have the feeling this a well run shop! Congrats on a solid business, I keep coming back because I trust this manager and team! Thank you

Noah & Logan were great! Efficient and very helpful. Both offers to upsell [filters] were actually helpful and more importantly, the guys were right in offering them. My filters were very dirty. Great service and will be back! Thank you!

Everyone there is exceptionally helpful and attentive. Offered things for the car to improve running. Very polite and I wanted to leave a tip but I paid with credit card so I’m going to drop something off for the group to show my appreciation. Thanks guys at the Lakewood Take 5 location. Dinosaur Dave and Dustin were amazing. They gave me the help that I needed for my vehicle and explained everything thoroughly. These guys are very awesome and I’m glad that I went there.

I usually have a great experience, but the other day(Sunday afternoon) I went there about 15 minutes before they closed. The young guys were great, did a fantastic job, great attitudes. The manager not so much. He was pissed off and swearing about "how ridiculous it is that this keeps happening" and "I've got places to go". There were 3 other cars there. Very unprofessional.
