Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Able to get my car in and out as quickly as possible, while also offering me a loaner car, and easily a lot less expensive than most places around. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs anything done on their car.

My car randomly started making a rattle noise every time I would idle. I called Lakewood Tire Pros and spoke with John who got me in right away, knew exactly what was going on and fixed it, all within 30 minutes! I love this place :) Thank you all, and thank you John!!

Good prices and John was awesome! Had some troubles dealing with Rich, I was sitting in the lobby and he let multiple people cut me when he knew I was waiting. Also was kind of rude on the phone unfortunately. Just no communication on the status of getting my tire changed and let me sit in the lobby without explanation of what was going on.

Very satisfied with my experience. I went for tires and brakes because I needed new tires and figured my brake pads were due to be changed. They told me hold off on the brake pads, they still had life.

I would never normally rate a service like this but the service was so superior I felt like I had to!! I got my snow tires switched out and mounted. I only chose this place because they were slightly cheaper than other local options. They fit me in last minute very kindly, and were very communicative. They called me mid service noticing and issue and offering to fix it and were transparent about the increase in my bill. I didn’t end up doing it but really appreciated the update. I also asked if they could re bolt my heat shield which they did for free no problem. Really great service and I’ll be back!!

I will not be returning. - I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for Thursday. I dropped off my car Wednesday night like I have in the past. They kept my car all day and did not look at it till I called Thursday at 3pm. They had to keep my car for 2 days which was not necessary. - They refused to grease my steering wheel like they have in the past, and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. - When my car was being picked up, we stood there for 10 minutes with 0 help and then was given attitude when we questioned why we had to stand there for so long with out even being said hello to.

So I called Tire Pros this morning speaking to Mike. Told him I needed a truck tire and he said he could get one that day and have it installed by end of day. I scheduled to drop it at 2:00pm and he assured me he would have it done by end of the day. Well my driver brings the truck at 2:00 and Mike now says he can’t get it done and the price would also be higher than quoted. I told my driver to remind him of the conversation and then he told my driver to “piss off” and pointed to the door. DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES HERE!!
