Honestly so thrilled with this place. I took my Corolla in for some rear and front damage repair and it came back literally looking off-the-lot brand new! John was awesome; he kept me up to date with the repair schedule and any issues with insurance. He set me up right away with a loaner vehicle too which was EXTREMELY appreciated! I was also quoted a fraction of the price another shop had given me for out of pocket repairs on my bumper. AND they washed and detailed my car on top of the normal repairs; amazing customer service! I would definitely come back to them and recommend anyone and everyone I know for their auto body work! (Pictures attached of the damage before and their excellent repair after!)

I couldn't be happier. I was recommended by a few people so I took the chance when someone hit my truck. Not only were they able to complete the work in a week, they were able to provide a loner car to use. The cherry on top was that they were so generous, they covered my deductible. I don't know if they do this often, but I will always recommend this shop to anyone needing autobody work.

Thanks to Carol and Crew my car is brand new again for the outstanding detailing job done. Stopped in to get a quote to replace door handle, Carol made sure to get me in immediately and matched the color perfectly. When inquired on car detailing, it was also done same day and very reasonable pricing. Be sure to stop by PCS and see Carol first on any body work or detail quotes you won’t be disappointed!

Had a phenomenal experience at PSC Auto Body Shop. For reference, I am a woman in sales. I’m very leery of wack sales tactics, and steer clear of any establishment who uses them. I cannot speak more highly of the customer service expertise and sales ability of specifically Carol. All great sales is, at the core, is providing a solution to someone’s problem and providing exceptional customer service. Carol exhibited all of these qualities from the jump. I initially called from a recommendation from Mr. Tire in Lakewood for glass repair. Carol answered the phone promptly and offered to provide me with quotes upfront prior to scheduling. She called me back and I missed her call, then she texted me (love this). Gave me two options for glass repair (classic slot close), including pricing, and I scheduled the appointment. I ended up adding on a full car detail, as they offer those services as well. Now, I missed my first scheduled appointment. I texted Carol to let her know and she immediately offered to reschedule me and that it is no issue at all. No anxiety at all from missing my appointment (IYKYK). I dropped my car off, and Carol offered me a loaner car, which I did not need but was an awesome gesture. She promptly texted me updates on my vehicle. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Carol verified all of the quote prices she initially provided me verbally. Quote and amount paid exactly aligned. Two days total in the shop (to be expected with a windshield replacement and then a car detail). I am beyond impressed with the level of service provided from this establishment. I would absolutely return and will be recommending to my friends and family.

We are so lucky to have a gem in the neighborhood. P.C.S. Automotive and P.C.S. Auto Body in the Westpark neighborhood. My car was hit and I knew just where to take it immediately. I have had work done there before and was quite satisfied and I knew this time would be the same. They strive to give the best customer service and it is reflected in their quality workmanship. If u need automotive repair talk to Jaun and at the auto body shop talk to Jamil or Ron. I promise you will be quite happy you did.

I recently had front end repair at PCS, I had no idea who to go to for a second estimate, so I trusted some friends and each of them at the top of maybe two places they were recommending all of Cleveland and Lakewood, PCS came out at the top with everybody, so I had the same experience they let me know what was going on a whole step of the way, along with communication with the insurance company and the process was very smooth and took about a week. I declined the rental car option with the insurance company so they even gave me a ride at the shop, and when the job was done to my surprise, the mechanic was detailing and finishing up making my car cleaner than it was when I bought it recently used from Carvana. So much later in the day, and finally this morning, when they opened, I returned and left to leave a tip for the mechanic that I can’t remember his name. I’m so sorry, but he has also a same 2013 Hyundai Veloster but red, I wanted to let you know I appreciate the great work and the final touch of detailing. Thanks again for a great job, as same for shop owner!

Took my pickup truck to get work done they did an excellent job. I will definitely be bring my other vehicles up there when I need other work done. They are very friendly and very reasonably priced!! Overall great experience
