Not only do they offer exceptional service, they are also genuine and actually care about your car and what you’re going through ! They tried everything they could do to help me to be able to afford the damages to my vehicle.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place. Everything about my experience here was immaculate. Customer service was top notch, was respectful to my busy schedule and having to reschedule my appointment a couple times. The entire staff at this place is friendly and knowledgeable. Sam did an excellent job helping me achieve what I wanted with my personal vehicle and was very direct with pricing and labor time. Last but not least, the paint work that was performed seriously exceeded my expectations. Color match, prep, and clear coat came out flawlessly. I will be returning here for paint work in the future with my other vehicles. Thank you!

Lori and Sam are fantastic to work with. They took great care of my Audi after I hit a raccoon and even saved me money by not charging for a full new bumper! Wow - a car guy that saves you money on your repair. Just be patient. Abi

Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way. I owed them this review. Thank you Frank and Jill.

Took my M3 here to have Sam respray the front bumper and touch up some other panels. He did an amazing job.
