Suspension Plus Complete Service & Repair

Beware of this shop I had complete suspension on the front and ujoints installed… after they attempted twice to align my vehicle it had a hard pull to the right after an inspection by another shop it was discovered that parts were installed incorrectly so they could never align it correctly the technician had to know or he just plain incompetent. Same applies for the ujoints one was correct but the other was Clearly not installed properly with the grease zerk aimed at the flange so it was never lubricated and I put 500 miles on them. Now I had to have both front upper A arms removed and reinstalled correctly and had to replace a unjoint. After the an arms were correct the alignment was perfect but at additional expense and time. The mistakes uncovered were basic common knowledge by any technician so beware and make sure to inspect the work done if you choose to use this shop.

Tesla alignment was done in less than 45 minutes at a very reasonable price! Very welcoming and experienced staff. I have been taking my cars to them for few years and I have always been happy. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Extremely good prices, super fast and good work. Owner is very reasonable and accommodating, it’s nice to see not every shop owner is a sleazy salesman. Will definitely bring all our fleet vehicles here moving forward, not to mention they have the ability to work on and also align tall transit vans. 👍🏻

This past weekend, I had the chance to visit Suspension Plus, and I wanted to share my experience. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. They informed me that the technicians were on their lunch break and kindly asked if I could wait for a bit. I hadn't made an appointment since it was a Saturday, but I really appreciated the warm atmosphere. After explaining my concerns about my car, I was relieved that they took the time to check it out within about 20-30 minutes. Although they weren't able to replicate the issue I was worried about, the technician thoroughly examined everything to ensure there wasn't any potentially hazardous condition. They went out of their way to show me the car and reassured me that there was nothing serious to worry about. What stood out to me the most was that they didn’t pressure me with unnecessary suggestions for fixes, which I know can happen in some places. Even though I didn't end up needing any repairs this time, I truly felt their honesty and integrity as a shop. It built a lot of trust, and I will definitely consider them for any future issues.
