Big O Tires

Went to Big O Tires for the first time and they provided outstanding service. Definitely will be coming back for any auto repair needs I have in the future and definitely would recommend.

I have been going to Big O Tires in Aliso Viejo for many many years! George, Corey & Todd provide the best customer service! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All four of my cars have tires through Big O . Next time you need any kind of tire service give these guys a try…. They are awesome!

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and George and his team did a great job. During the inspection, they noticed cracks in my driver’s side front tire and recommended only the necessary additional service—no upselling, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the service revealed a larger issue with my car’s transmission. Even after the work was done, George went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I had the support I needed. Great service and genuinely helpful staff! Thanks again.

We needed a flat tire repair, wheel balance and rotation. I called and made a same day appointment the day after Christmas. When we arrived, Corey took care of everything in a short period of time. The tire balance was perfect, initially had a high speed vibration. Definitely will return in the future.

For us car illiterates, an honest and attentive mechanic is essential. This is why I love this particular Big O Tires location, and will not go anywhere else. These guys take good care of you but at the same time, they avoid sneaky tricks to get you to spend more money. I could go into the details, but it's too long of a review. The short version is I have an expensive repair on my vehicle and these guys were kind enough to steer me toward the dealership regarding an elliptical warranty rather than taking a bunch of money from me, to repair it themselves. Good honest move. Thankful places like this still exist. Thank you to George and the rest of the crew at Big O!

Warm and welcoming, open and honest. Never thought that would begin my review of the place I got an oil change and my tires rotated but this place was awesome. They engaged with all their customers like they had been friends for years. They don’t try to find things wrong with your car so no upcharging efforts. Will definitely go back.
