Alex is a straight shooter and one of the most reputable and honest auto technicians you'll ever meet. He does what needs to be done and does it right the first time at a fair price. He does the work himself which is a huge plus as many shops have guys doing the work that aren't even certified. Highly recommended!

Alex and Elite Motors OC are fantastic to work with. I have an older 2008 3 series that had a myriad of issues and Alex quoted me extremely fair prices and fixed everything in a super timely fashion. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and my car runs better than it ever has. I will be returning in the future for any additional service.

I have been coming to Alex for the past 3-4 years with my 2005 BMW X5, which has nearly 170k miles on it. I have come to trust Alex in his experience, knowledge of my vehicle, his judgement and recommendations for maintaining my single owner 13 year old vehicle, and his efficient competence in doing the repairs necessary. He stands behind his work and I am very confident in recommending him to anyone who has a vehicle they enjoy and want to keep in good condition. He is enthusiastic, enjoyable to work with, responsive to my needs as a customer, and has an enjoyable little mascot Ada that greets me with a wagging tail -- all qualities of a well run business!

Absolutely love Alex and the care he gives our car! This is our first BMW and we were nervous about finding a reliable and fair mechanic. No worries ever again! Alex is professional, has all licensing posted regarding his training, speaks to me as an informed car owner, even explains how to utilize the various features when the manual isn't enough. I can't imagine taking my BMW to anyone else; and it doesn't hurt that he has a super sweet dog on premise that I love to pet while waiting!
