I went in for repairs with the heat and something scrapping on the left side of my car. I needed a water pump and brake pads. After returning to the shop they did fix the water pump problem. But I still had to return because after they put the pads on I was now having a different issue. The mechanic rode with me to hear what I was talking about, he said it was the left axle but then I received a call saying it was a motor mount. WHAT THE HELL DID Y'ALL DO TO MY CAR!? So most definitely I will NOT be returning.

Had a car towed to the shop. The repair that was needed we decided not to proceed with the repair. Paid to have the car towed back to our home and low and behold the key to the ignition is missing. So now having to go to the dealership and pay for a key code. Having to hire a locksmith. We had the car repaired at 75% less than what Super Smart was attempting to charge us.

A week ago I took my car to supersmart auto after I got in a accident to get it repaired. After $1,100 dollars of work done, come to find out there's a crack in a transmission (like how you didn't see that) so not only im out of a car, im out of $1,100. This is the second time I've had a problem with them it's safe to say I won't be back.

They charge me for parts and labor they did not replace or do. Just rigged it for the mean time for a temporary fix. They will SCAM you. Check before you leave on their job they have performed. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS. NOT EVEN REGISTERED ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) Typed in the search many times, different ways, and still no record.
