before I begin this view, I want everybody who read this review to know that I am one of the most down earth easiest passive person you can deal with it or ever meet. I get along with everybody. I literally don’t have a problem with anybody. I’m really getting into arguments and when I say that like maybe once a year so when I say this, I’m telling you the truth trust my review. One time I went there with my wife to get her brakes done on her 2009 Cadillac they did a OK job but I mean who can’t do a great job who owns it auto repair place but my issue with them is that the guy who runs it he didn’t even try to help me. I went back recently to try to get some work done and on a 2015 Nissan Marano and all he wanna do is make the fee of putting it up in the air on the hoist he charged $65 which is extremely large amount for that just something simple like that and that before he even start checking stuff out and you can also tell he has no experience with doing cars himself, he seems to me that he just bought the business and he has other people do the work. He was not nice at all. He wasn’t customer friendly. He was argumentative. He was Slik talking and disrespectful and like he looked down on the customer so his heart isn’t in his passion, isn’t it and he’s not interested in your happiness all he’s interested in is telling you if you pay me and I ain’t got no explanation for you so that’s my review on him Honest review I’m not expecting someone to work miracles but I’m just letting you know that’s why the place is so empty all the time.

Craft Car Care provides great service to our families in the neighborhood and metro Detroit area. Your time and service is treated with a sense of urgency along with affordable pricing. Your car will not sit for days unattended like most shops. Mario has been providing this service for years and is active in the community in which his business resides. Junior has been a loyal long time employee of this facility for years and is very knowledgable on all makes of vehicles. They have kept my 1999 and 2008 Foreign and American vehicles running to this day. Please give Craft Car Care a try. You should not be disappointed.

Been going here for over 20 years. It's the only shop I take my cars to from the most minor to the most major repairs. I've never had to bring a car back twice for the same thing. It's always done right the first time, customer service is great, and they get it done fast.
