Drove 150 miles one way Saturday morning to pick up a liftgate for a Toyota Highlander. One of the few dealers with stock (400+ on national backorder). They could have charged a premium for the part but was quoted market price which surprised me. I really appreciate that they were not price gouging. Had spoken with several different staff during the week who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend as a local source for Toyota parts and I hope to do more business with them in the future as they will ship parts.

Stopped in to order parts, first sign of confusion and I was told to order on line. Order on line, no issue on my order shown. Didn't receive so called for status. Told a date to expect. Date came and went. 1 item back ordered so they cancelled the entire order. At least they did credit my account in full.
