I was driving, looking for an automotive shop, somewhere I had picked up a screw in the middle of tread, left front tire. I pulled into parking lot of Springfield Automotive (corner Avenue A & 20th street). I explained my tire delimia, guy said just few minutes as he was working on another car. He returned with a few tools. He quickly pulled out screw, and placed a "plug" where he pulled out screw. Gave me couple driving tips for a wet, cool mid-morning. I went for my bag to get $$; He replied "your all set, there is no charge" as he walked away from my car. Great Customer Service! Not that he did not charge me, But the mannerism he displayed in his work and conversation.

He does good work. Expect them to take there sweet time to get the work done. And they will make sure they find the problem so they can fix it. The only thing i hate is that he only holds his warrantys for a week when everybody else got a 2?year warranty or lifetime. My belt is squealing again and i would basically have to pay full price again just to get it fixed. They already fixed it once and my warranty covered it so i only had to come out of pocket of 250. So why would i pay full price on something that need to be fixed a second time. They need to have there warrantys hold more then a week. Money hungry if you ask me. Other then that they do great work

Make appointment with Brian is a wast of time. This is the second time he’s not help up to is word. If you have unlimited time to get your vehicle fix he’s your man. If not I highly recommend not using him. Update. Get the truck back from Brian not only is the truck still broke after paying Brian the money to fix it. Mind you it took him a week to do a coolent flush on a vehicle. Now he said it will be at least a week or longer before he will get my truck back in there to fix the problem I have already paid him to fix the first time. Definitely do not use Brian. Must be a parts changer not a technician.
