I recently took my 2017 Lincoln MKC to Seelye Ford’s Service Shop for some needed repairs, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Initially, I was quoted a price of $345.00 for a heater block, a new starter, and a battery, along with a $100 deductible based on an extended warranty that one of the service advisors mentioned was on my vehicle. However, when I returned to pick up my car, I was shocked to find that my total bill was $980.77—$535.77 more than I had been quoted. The service advisor informed me that there had been a mistake on his part, as the information entered into the computer was inaccurate. While I appreciate the apology, it did little to ease my disappointment. As a nurse, I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and plans can change. However, this experience not only impacted my confidence in the repair business but also hit my wallet hard. Had I known the repairs would cost so much, I would have sought alternative options, whether that meant going to another shop or making other arrangements with my family. In summary, while I understand that mistakes happen, the significant discrepancy between the quoted price and the final bill was disheartening. I hope Seelye Ford takes steps to ensure better accuracy in their estimates in the future.

Had to bring in my truck to get the brakes done. Felt a lot of stress, considering it's the holiday season and now having this to deal with. Service member Jeremiah Marriott made it so simple and put me at ease instantly! I haven't felt that kind of personal touch in the service field in a very long time. It's like he really cared about what was happening in my life, and not just getting my truck fixed. He kept in great communication with me and was very hospitable while I had to wait. Can't say enough about this employee and the Seeley Ford service department he works in!!

If you want the best experience talk to Jeremiah Marriott. He treats everyone with respect and is very honest with you. I’m a broke college student and he gave me the respect and compassion that was more than what is in the job description. Ask for Jeremiah personally, he is great.
