One of their workers stole a power station out of our trunk and all they did after calling and trying to get it sorted told us they don't have cameras and they trust their "coworkers". They refuse to take responsibility for it we use that power station for our camping and it's also our jumper cables and air pressure we keep it in the trunk at all times and while it was in their possession it "went missing" they also "repaired" our door front and back and now our doors window has a gap and a peice has fallen off our car that we've had a total of two monthes.

I called them to schedule an appointment and they had me in that same day to do an estimate. I asked how long and they said roughly 15-20 min. That was exactly correct. They sent the estimate to my insurance and went over it with me right then and there. I had an issue with my rental car, they picked up the phone and had a car delivered to me within 20 min from another rental company , they also called my insurance company to change the company. They repaired my vehicle a week ahead of the estimated time. They called to confirmed my insurance company had paid the claim. The repair is excellent - even matched my red paint - on a car that is 7 years old! They followed up to see if I had questions. And I do- so I will be calling them to ask. I am more than pleased with The entire team at the collision center!

Horrible place do not take your vehicle here for any repairs, I took mine there in March it has been back once already still needs to go back they put two different headlights in car very noticable to idk how they didn't notice, the bumper cover has a defect was told they have tried to get 2 other covers and can't get one that's not defective now they don't even want to get a new one, the bumper cover doesn't line up on the car gapped on one side and almost over lapping on the other side. Apparently they have employment problems and wont talk to the old employee to see where things left off with us. Instead new person that took over acts like it's our fault what the previous employee did or said. He doesn't want to fix things the way they should have been in the first place doesn't want to honor what their employ was already suppose to be working on to fix or promises that were made. Which the promise was they were so sorry and for me not to think they won't make it right. Now the new employee that is handling it doesn't want to make it right looking for any loop hole to not make it right and already dealing with the new person for at least 3 weeks and nothing done yet. This experience is over stressful feels like it is a fight to get them to keep their word and finish my car. I am so stressed from dealing with this company and they have already been paid in full. PLEASE SAVE YORSELF THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This is the third Equinox that I have leased from Sunnyside Chevrolet! So it was a no brainer that I would take it there to be fixed after I was in an accident. I can’t say enough about the people that work at Sunnyside and how well they take care of you. Greg and Jamie in the collision center kept me informed step-by-step of what was happening with my car. That’s why I will always go back to Sunnyside Chevrolet! And when asked... I tell everybody about them!
