I ordered a set of Bosch Icon windshield wipers at the NAPA store in Elyria, Ohio on Broad Street with the intent of replacing the wipers myself as I had done on all my and my wife's cars in the past. It was the first time for me to replace the wipers on my wife's Acura and I could not figure out how remove the old wipers. I called the NAPA Elyria, Ohio Broad Street store where I bought the Bosch Icons and asked if anyone there could tell me or show me how to remove the old Acura wipers. NAPA sales tech Riley answered the phone and told me to bring the Acura and the new Bosch wipers to the store. Not only did Riley show me how to remove the old wipers, he removed the old wipers and installed the Bosch Icons for me. He also took the old wipers and packaging from the new wipers to throw away for me. He did it all in friendly manner that also conveyed his NAPA pride. I haven't seen that kind of help or service in quite a while and I am now a loyal NAPA customer forever. Please convey my gratitude to Riley for his help when I needed it. Jerry

Great customer service! I needed a specific type of marine battery, and Monika took her time to look up my existing battery and helped me find exactly what I needed. Also, while I was there they called me by name and were very kind to my kids. Definitely making this my preferred auto parts store.
