If I could pick 0 stars I would. Scheduled an appointment 4 or 5 days ahead of visit. Had 3 tires out of 4 available. Had to get one from another store. Delayed about an hour. Took about 2 hours to mount and install tires after waiting for an hour for the tire from the other store. Said they were having trouble with low profile tires. One person was struggling with it. After about an hour and a half another person started to help. They messed up one of my tire pressure sensors, which they did replace for free, but they never programmed it to work with my car. They said that the tire pressure light would go out after driving for a little while, but more than two weeks later it is still on. Pressures are correct, but light is on. Also get a flashing signal when the car starts which means it is not programmed or maybe they messed up another sensor that they didn't replace? Who knows? I did call and they said that they would fix the sensor error and would pay for it to be replaced somewhere else but haven't had time to do that since visit. Getting used to driving with the sensor light on, so maybe I won't bother to get it fixed. God know if they will fix it correctly or even pay for it. Do not even think about going to this place.

Had new tires put on today and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we were given. Brandon was awesome, friendly and professional. We had scheduled the day and he asked if there was a time we needed the car back. They were done several hours before we needed it. Very pleased and will be back!

The guys there are honest about what's wrong and have no issues letting you go back and physically see and feel what they are talking about. They are willing to offer solutions and work with you when multiple things need done and budget is tight. I had a few things that needed taken care of and they didn't hesitate to say "you have the option to do it this way, hold on those, and your car will still be safe to drive". I will definitely be returning and appreciate the honesty

I drive a fleet van that uses Element fleet to handle the maintenance costs. I use the S. Abbe location for all my van maintenance, they are fast, friendly. They handle all the BS that goes with a fleet card. And mostly they get it right the first time.
