I had a scrape on my 2015 Avalon repaired at the dealership on Main Street and I couldn't be happier! Called, scheduled my estimate, dropped off my car and back home within a week. The work was awesome! Can't even tell anything was damaged and the paint job matches perfectly! My car was spic and span when I picked it up! Ray was wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, so easy to work with and very personable! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and I would return in a heartbeat if I needed more repair. Thank you so much for a job exceptionally done!

Ray is a great General Manager. He gave me a fair estimate on the scratches and dent on my vehicle. I was so happy. When I received my vehicle it didn’t look like it was dented or had scratches on my vehicle. Ryan communicated well in Ray’s absence. I recommend all who need collision repairs to come to Stonewall because they are the real deal. Also I received my vehicle within less than a week and I was back on the road again. 😃😃😃😃

Ray and his staff did an amazing job on my old Toyota Land Cruiser. Took care of several rust areas and brought it back to an original color. Great job, got it in very quickly, and at a price that couldn't be beat. I highly recommend Ray and his staff for any auto body work you may need!

At first I was very pleased with the work done, change car color from black to red with stickers all over windows also. I was.kind of shock that the stickers was removed especially when all I really wanted was to change the color. I did not understand removing my stickers out of the windows and I had an buckeye flag in the windows to remove it they broke it. My glove compartment was vandalized thing was sitting on my seat. They took off my car symbol which was not replaced. I wanted to put the buckeye symbols on it and Ray the boss stated he knew someone and would help me to get it done and I an still waiting. I pointed out some problems on the driver side by the door handle Ray stated that would b.taken care of once the symbols I wanted done. The top of the car on driver side where would put luggage on top was damaged. They took the back wiper off and did not put back until I arrived. I was promised by Ray to replace my buckeye flag and here I am still waiting. Paint was in places it should not be.

I am updating this review from 11 month ago to report that less than 6–11 months after my paint job, the paint began chipping and peeling. The 5-Year Prorated Warranty I paid for as part of the original service has not been honored, despite multiple attempts to contact the business. I am a disabled veteran and full-time student, and I cannot believe the way this company conducts business. They are fine with taking my money, making promises, then refusing to respond or uphold the warranty they sold me. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and will pursue any legal remedy available. I strongly warn others not to trust this business. If you care about your time, money, or peace of mind, look elsewhere. If Stonewall Collision chooses to do the right thing and honor the warranty I paid for, I will update this review accordingly.

I'm giving the shop on East Main St in Reynoldsburg a 5 star. I am so grateful. I have taken as well as my mother has taken her car and we have been very happy with the result. This time my daughter took her car to Ray and he is by far the best and very polite, patient and honest I have dealt wit. They all are great people. Ray talks and gives his best advice, he helps the customer with the situation and gives the best result he can. He is awesome, well anyway, We dealt with Ray through our car journey from beginning to end and at the end I was amazed as with my other times I have went there.' and Shae the body work guy did an excellent job with my daughters car;; Both Ray and Shae were really great.
