First time having to work with a body shop , due to collision with a deer... I have a few words .. Professional !!!! .....they were kind, wonderful to work with , kept me updated on the processes, they took care of my vehicle start to finish! She's brand new, no obvious signs of the damage, paint match is great, body lines look great... They did not rush the job, and did what was needed to be done . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! .. Car looks like a new car and it is 11 years old. Inside looks like it was detailed. Customer service was exceptional and even helped us get the rental we needed by contacting the insurance company for an upgrade. Highly recommend them!

I'm blown away by the incredible experience I had at Dodds Bodyshop. The front office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! John, the shop manager, is honest, knowledgeable, and was dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. The quality of the work they did on my car was outstanding. The paint match was perfect, it's like the damage never even happened. The panel alignment was great too! As someone who is extremely picky about my vehicles, I can honestly say that Dodds Bodyshop is the only place I'll ever go for bodywork. If you're looking for bodyshop that is honest, and has good work I highly recommend them!

They’ve had my truck for over 6 weeks! The communication is poor they don’t call you. When you call and check they say they’ll call you back never do. They say your vehicle is going to be ready this week every week and it never is. They fixed my truck and then the next day I had to get it towed because the brake line busted while I was picking my so. Up from school. The only good thing is they did try to put me in a vehicle over the weekend. I would no recommend this place at all !

I was rear ended and Dodds was recommended by the insurance company. My car looks perfect and brand new. You can’t tell it was ever in an accident and the car was even cleaned inside and out before it was returned to me.
