Don’t buy a used car from any of these guys: Abdul Sami, if that’s even his real name, jerked me around for multiple days trying to sell me a car with a rebuilt title that was revealed by an impartial 3rd party mechanic to have major structural and mechanical issues. Abdul even took steps such as pumping up one of the tires to ~50psi to mask the handling issues the car would have if the tires were normally pressurized. Avoid these entry level con-artists at all costs and take your business to an honest establishment instead.

One star is just so I can post. DTT put tires on the front of my son's van and the next morning one of the tires is loose and practically fallling off. I called DTT and explained what had happened and they refused to do anything. I was told to do whatever I had to do and that they only charged only $40. They felt no responsibility whatsoever. They didn't offer to have the van brought back to them so that the tires could be checked and torqued or anything. Just told me to whatever I needed to do and hung up on me. One tire is dry rotted with barely any tread!!! What kind of shop does this?????

There is 1 guy that had any type of customer service or acted as if I wasn’t a bother. The first time I went, they acted like they didn’t want to change my oil or be bothered with me. I did go back 2 other times trying to get my oil changed because of the convenience of being able to leave my car and walk to work. the second time they said they didn’t have a guy there to do it. The third time I attempted to get my oil changed they said they didn’t have any oil. But them not having oil really wasn’t the problem, it’s their customer service towards me every time I have went in there. I could speculate what their problem could be but truth is I have no idea. The only thing I do know is 3 out of 4 guys there in the past 5 months act like they do not want to talk to me, service my car, or plain be bothered

Store manager replaced my tire free of charge that I purchased from him even though I found out after he replaced it there was a screw in the tire from my driving. I wasn't trying to get over on him. I just thought he sold me a bad tired with a slow leak but that wasn't the case. A1 customer service.
