Once again, a negative service experience today. Firsr, we noticed small scratches on our car. We brought it to the attention of our service technician, but he didn't offer to have the scratches buffed or polished out. Second, we asked the lady service technician to cash us out after our service was completed, since our service technician was busy with another vehicle, but she said she was working on paperwork, and would only help us when she completed the paperwork. In our opinion, the paperwork should have come second to a customer who is waiting to cash out. Additionally, our vehicle was washed without our knowledge or consent after the tire service. Lastly, when we inquired where our vehicle was located after the tire service was completed, no one told us where our car was parked, nor did the service technicians ask the mechanic to help us locate our vehicle on the lot. We had to walk around the exterior of the dealership to locate our vehicle at the wash station. The service technicians should have told us that our vehicle was being washed. Each time we visit the service department there is a problem. Based on this, we will not purchase a new vehicle here.

Had to bring my Kia in to get the software update. Took a little longer than I expected but I appreciated the extra care the service team gave my car plus the video clip. It’s also conveniently located to where I live so that’s nice! Will use again!

My K5 GT started experiencing a misfire in cylinder 1 on Christmas Day. I called Tuesday and they told me to have it towed in as soon as possible. My car arrived there at 1pm tuesday , the service department stayed in contact with me throughout process and diagnosis. Even sent me a video with the tech going through inspection and diagnosis. They ordered parts and had my car ready for me to pick up by lunch time on Friday. I couldn’t be happier with the service, I didn’t expect to have my car for a couple weeks!

Service Department: Had a wonderful first experience. Online reservations were convenient, appointments were readily available. Their service department gave me a call a few days prior to my appointment to confirm my information and make sure my service plan account was connected to my appointment, as well as provide directions to their new location and let me know a little bit more about my appointment and what maintenance would be performed based on my mileage. Because of this, upon arrival, check in was easy and expeditious; I just turned in my key and went to sit in the large waiting area. Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and were lovely to my one year old. There are snacks/drinks and a very nice Starbucks coffee machine while you wait; everything is very clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms and changing tables are in great condition. I received a video via text message link from the technician who performed my maintenance with a detailed description of the services performed and their recommendations/things to consider for next appointment. I never felt any pressure to purchase additional services or additives, wasn’t hassled at any point, and felt respected and informed throughout the entire process. They performed my service quickly and didn’t hesitate to get me to my vehicle as soon as it was ready. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—Meghan was fantastic and Jacob did fantastic work. So glad to have found this service center, and will happily make the drive out for all of my maintenance needs.

My whole experience at Stokes Hodges Kia was exceptional! Immediately upon my arrival I was greeted by a staff member whom politely gathered my information and led me to the waiting area. The waiting area was very welcoming with comfortable seating, Starbucks coffee, a variety of snacks, television, and ports to charge phones, tablets, etc. Brian was extremely informative and kept me informed throughout my wait via a multi-point inspection video of my vehicle as well as a phone call. He thoroughly explained recommendations and provided me with a detailed report of the multi-point inspection. Thank you Brian for going above and beyond with your service. Also thanks to Stokes Hodges Kia for providing a top notch state of the art facility for your customers! It takes a team and lots of collaboration to run a car dealership and I’m happy to say that these aspects were very evident at Stokes Hodges!
