Bought 4 new tires got oil change and a couple of recalls. Then car was returned to me with gearshift cover was broken. Then when I realized it was broken and called the service guy he asked me to bring it in then wanted to charge me for the part to fix it. But in the end I Did not end up paying for the part but it was just the principle of them trying to make me pay for the part for something I did not break or it was not broken the car to have the car serviced.

Nissan is not what I expected in latest transactions. Service Department are not even doing complementary cleaning as they used to. Attention to detail, unless it’s to sell you something, is limited. Even in transactions they do what they offer; ie, matching competitions APR.
