This is the fourth time you have asked me to provide feedback on my negative experience at your dealership. I would think if you were truly concerned you would reach out to me for more information or resolve the issue with my 2023 Tundra Platinum. The brakes squeal at low speed and you refused to even attempt to resolve the issue for fear that you would not be reimbursed for warranty work. Of that is truly the case. You would rather have a disgruntled Toyota customer driving a +$60000 truck with brakes that squeal. I wonder if my treatment would be better if I had purchased the truck from your dealership. My question is does anyone read these surveys because if you did you might recognize this is the fourth time I am responding

Customer service here is absolutely the best! This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. At every step we were treated with respect and care. David was able to get me the exact highlander that I wanted in the color of my choice. And let me tell you, I had some demands! Lol It had to be brought in so it took extra time but I was kept in the loop. Thank you so much for making the experience pleasant and getting me exactly what I asked for! I will definitely drive from Grovetown to do business with them again!
