Entire purchasing process required less than an hour of my personal time. I drove the vehicle over my lunch hour. Made an offer. Completed an online application from home. Came back in to sign docs. This included completing the application, getting approval and signing documents. There was no song and dance and it was a very fair deal on both ends. I have never had such an easy and smooth auto purchase. Great job Miles, and thank you!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Stivers Ford for nearly 10 years, and I can’t recommend them enough for their exceptional service. Coming from a smaller town, it’s been a saving grace to find a dealership in a bigger city that offers such outstanding, small-town-style care. The team at Stivers has always been wonderful, especially with scheduling appointments, maintaining clear communication, and keeping me informed of any additional findings on my vehicle. They never proceed with additional services without first getting my consent, which I deeply appreciate. After the service is completed, they always take the time to go over the results in detail. Their efficiency is another standout quality. I usually wait in the comfortable waiting room while my vehicle is being serviced, and they consistently deliver on the timing they promise. I brought my car in to get serviced for two things. They came back to me same day saying they found four other things wrong with my car that were of high concern safety wise. Not knowing much about cars, I agreed to get the additional services done. After shelling out $1800 for all of the maintenance done (which I later found out were EXTREMELY marked up), they drove my car out of the garage with one of the two initial requests not even fixed! I immediately brought it back in, and was told that there is nothing that can be done and I will need to call them to schedule another appointment tomorrow. Absolutely NEVER going to be doing service with this unprofessional department again. Please save yourself the time, money, and effort and find another place to get your car serviced.

I had called their service department to have my vehicle serviced for a few Ford motor company service RECALLS. Which means there would be no charge to me. I also had some other issues I wanted them to look at. I go in for my appointment, check in with the service writer, had a seat and waited for my ride home. About 10 minutes later, their service manager Boris, comes up to me and says that they can’t work on my vehicle because of my special needs, and says he can point me in the direction of someone who can!!!! Are you fn kidding me right now? Who else besides a Ford dealership will take care of a factory recall?! I will NEVER do any business with this dealership!! So judgmental saying they can’t perform my factory recall due to my special needs!!!! I was so upset, my ptsd was triggered and I had to go seek help because of the way I was treated again!

Horrible customer service. Took my truck in to find out what was wrong with it and all I got was a basically 10,000 bill just to find out that they didn't know what was wrong with my truck. Like if I have a knock in the engine then I might as well get a whole new engine instead of replacing a lifter or if I have a nail in one tire then I might as well get all brand new tires. This place is straight bull!!!!!!
