I wanted to share my experience with Star audio. I was greeted by Robert Junior over the phone and he was more than willing to go ahead and make sure I get what I wanted that day as everyone else was pretty busy. Same day service. A plus he allowed me to get it installed at a location near my house. System sounds amazing will highly recommend

We are so thankful that we found this audio shop!! Very knowledgeable and great quality!! They did an amazing job on our 95 Dodge stereo upgrade, we couldn't be happier! This will be our go-to audio shop from now on!

On August 19, 2024, at 4:00 PM, my truck was taken to Star Audio by a wrecker because I could not start my truck with the remote. I met Robert and I explained my issue. The reason for the new alarm system was because of heat and age. It seems the antenna wires were crispy and cracked easily. The old alarm system was given back to me and a 12’ long section of the main harness had been cut. Robert was working on my truck the only other person was a young lady who collected the money for the job performed. By 4:50 PM my truck was ready to go. August 20, 2024, I notice when my wife sat on the passenger seat, the air bag light did not turn on. The seat sensor, seatbelt sensor, lock/unlock by key, and brake/gas peddles up and down switch were not working. This put my passenger in an unsafe situation. If the airbag does not light, then the airbag will never deploy, and this puts your passenger in harm’s way. I want to inform Star Audio about the safety issues. Roberto and Jenella are the owners of Star Audio, I guess I talked to Roberto. Roberto insisted I was at fault because my truck was brought by a wrecker. Roberto would not accept any explanation of the issues and refused to check the work done by Robert’s. November 8, 2024. I dropped off a letter to Roberto which stated if a company could be held at fault if seat belt and seat sensors malfunctioning. Roberto still denies the issues and laughs. I asked again if he was going to repair the issues. I told Roberto that these issues had to be repaired and if he was not going to repair them then I would have to get another company to help repair the issues and Star Audio would be picking up the bill. All Roberto did was laugh and said, “I will see you in court”. At this point, I informed Roberto that I was going to dispute the amount of $334.40 threw the credit card that was used. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with my credit card. Letters have been sent out and waiting for Roberto’s responds. Have you eaten Crow? After the battle from the above issues, I was proven wrong. I thank Jenella for being patient and the technician (I forgot his name, Sergio I think) for showing me all that was done. So I am reversing all comments made to BBB, bank and this review. The 5 star was well deserved I think Sergio and Alex. Thank you.

It was terrible service they will charge you double for cheap junk destroyed the tuning in my truck destroyed the battery alternator and the starter will NEVER recommend these unqualified people

Just got my sound system and star lights installed in my vehicle , very professional work and very polite staff that help you out 10/10 recommend!!

Incredible experience, I spent 10+ hours trying to set up an aftermarket radio (lead fan) from Amazon myself, all to no avail, no noise came out, in I kid you not 1 hr they fixed the sound and installed a back up camera ! I’m coming back next for a remote start up key, Annette was incredible, compared to the receptionists I spoke to in this space, she is 10/10 with her customer service. I would recommend this spot to everyone.

Janelle was amazing she walked us through all of our options as well as pricing. She had our vehicle ready with in 4 hours. Absolutely love the customer service definitely recommend and will be returning.

Waste of money and over priced! They have bad service and sell speakers with huge mark-ups I bought from them thinking I was getting quality but it's just cheap eBay crap they list for 65$ when it sells for 13$, on top of that they don't offer returns so I'm stuck with worthless speakers

Traded my 2 12inch sunsets and amp for a great JBL Speaker and amp for my ILX Acura and they did a great job! Only 2 hours to install AND tune! Will recommend and at a good price 🙏
