very professional, courteous and friendly to work with, made a appointment to bring my truck in for an estimate to repair and the truck was taken in within just a few minutes and had a itemized estimate and consultation about 20 minutes later. Because of my initial treatment, their professional manner and reputation I did not consider shopping the price to any other repair shop, I scheduled the repairs a week later and the truck was completed within a couple of days of their estimated completion of 9 business days, it would have been on time but a plastic part of my grill had cracked during reassembly , they ordered a new grill as a replacement which took a extra few days to arrive and installed it at no extra cost to me. Good service, professional craftsmanship, nice people, Thank You.

These people stand by their claim, Like it never happened. Car was in perfect condition when returned. My service rep Stephanie was very good at communication and did a good job dealing with my insurance company. Highly recommend!

I had a minor accident and it was minor, but Teslas are expensive to fix. Car Crafters did a very acceptable job! After the CarCrafter repair, I took the car to Tesla for a check-up and they commented that CarCrafters did a good job. My GirlFriend was impressed by the repair facility and their staff; very nice people and very comfortable furniture in the waiting area. NOTE: FSD or any computer controls must be done by Tesla. I had a problem with moisture forming on my FSD rear camera; Tesla changed out my left turn signal lens cover and the problem went away. So, CarCrafters was right when they told me it was a Tesla problem. I went to this place because Tesla gave me the name of two,...only two Tesla certified auto body repair facilities in Albuquerque NM. The CarCrafter body repair techs are ceirified/trained by Tesla.

They were friendly, did great work and were really helpful. They called back but never initiated a call and my car was there for several months. I called for an update and they told me my car was complete and ready for pick up. Communication with customers could be better.

Outstanding service! Left my Camaro there one week ago to fix/replace the bumper and just got it back today! Staff informed me as to additional parts being needed and even after ordering parts it was completed within one week. My car looks beautiful again. So happy with their staff and service.

BEWARE!!! I had the worst experience at car crafters. Had terrible hail damage from a storm in NM. CC was recommend by my insurance and I trusted. Took about 3 months to get my car back and my car had more damage than the hail. When I got my car back I realized there was new damage… Window was scratched, paint was scratched on door, handle scraped, padding under hood was damaged, sunroof was not properly placed and water was leaking in and to add my car inside was completely dirty and full of dust. There was also dried glue on my break lever that won’t come off. Took several weeks for them to fix the damage they did. Couldn’t believe how they didn't have the decently to clean the inside. My car was 1 year old and super clean when I first dropped it off. I realized when I got home there was drip paint on the hood but was so over taking my car back and forth I just accepted it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I used to love my car and now I feel like it’s different vehicle. If you have absolutely no choice but to go through CC please do your own inspection and make sure they do a good job.

I will definitely use Car Crafters again! Their customer service was impeccable and I really appreciated the status reports we received as the work progressed. Our vehicle is as good as new after they repaired the damage.
