AA Auto & Air Conditioning

AA Auto & Air Conditioning took great care of my truck. I will definitely be going back. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue shortly after I dropped my truck off. The repair was reasonably priced and they got it all done in the same day. The staff and owner were very nice and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything continued to run right.

I am a first time customer with AA Auto and Air. We called with with a problem I misdiagnosed (as usual) on a Friday and they got us in same day. Our car was ready Monday morning as soon as the part came in. The work performed, friendly staff, overall service and communication were all great. And a follow-up text the day after pick-up to make sure everything was good... and it is! Overall, I'm very pleased and would recommend to friends and family! Five stars!

This is long overdue. I have utilized AA Auto since 2017. I love that they know who I am and know my car just as well. The folks here are honest and have never tried to hike the cost or provide un-needed service for my vehicle. Steve and Jesse are two of the best and most honest folks I know. You have a customer for life!

They have continued to win over my business, time and time again. Their team is always fair and honest with their work - they have even told me when my truck DOESN’T need service, when I thought it did. I had a great experience here! They offered a free inspection and quickly diagnosed that my AC blower motor was out. They fixed it within 24 hours, which was super impressive. The team was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend them for their fast and reliable service!

Very pleased with AA Auto!! Had taken my car to a DIFFERENT shop and they did NOT inspect my car or fix the humming noise my car was making. They only fixed ONE wheel bearing, when both actually needed replaced. I called Jessie at AA Auto and Air Conditioning, and she got me in right away! They fully inspect your car (free of charge and give you a link with photos) and actually diagnose the FULL issue. Now my car is back to driving perfectly normal and quiet. Very easy, honest, and friendly people to work with. Highly recommend and will be going here from now on.

Vehicle mechanics paralyze me with anxiety. I’m always hesitant and sketched out. I expressed my demise and was referred to Jessie. I came in and had the absolute best experience. I was so relieved that my awkwardness was understood and I was still treated fairly. Cherry on top, was learning of this locally WOMAN owned shop. Trustworthy, kind, honest. I didn’t know they existed. I am so happy I brought my car here.
