I have used Spearman Brothers multiple times, even for my rowing shell. I can't say enough good things about them. They take the extra steps to insure a perfect match as they mix their own paints. But the thing that impresses me the most is how clean the shop is. They charge reasonable rates and are very friendly. It is truly a family business.

I went for an estimate on a bumper scrape, and after the advisor completed the estimate, he informed me that it would be five months before they could schedule the repair. After subsequent investigations, I found that the estimate had missed a couple of parts that would increase the cost significantly. A posted sign stated the caveat that cost estimates could be significantly off, so at least I was warned.

Jeff Spearman is a straight up crook. Got into a fender bender with his wife in her '07 Cadillac SRX. Barely bumped her at about 5mph. The front end of my '03 Accord buckled up, however only left scuffs/ indentions on her back bumper. She wasn't even wanting to call the law and get them involved, she was very nice and caring. Then she called her husband, Jeff, who owns this shop. When he arrived, I offered to buy a brand new bumper online and the backup sensor that was missing AND pay to have his body shop paint it. This all would have NOT EVEN cost me $1,000 total, I'm an automotive mechanics inspector in school to obtain my adjusters/ appraisers license. I know exactly how much SHOULD HAVE PAID OUT. This crooked theif said no, he wanted to involve insurance, although my driving record has been spotless for about 10 years. I KNEW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT. He had a personal adjuster "inspect" the damage, wrote up a $2600 FALSE CLAIM.... (FOR SCRATCHES ON THE BUMPER. COME ON REALLY) WHICH MADE MY INSURANCE JUMP UP $100 A MONTH! JEFF SPEARMAN IS A THEIF AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT!

Also was told work was guaranteed yet when called to report an issue they said to contact my insurance and take elsewhere. Randall is not professional heard him cursing in back ground while on phone with his wife who works there as well. Regret ever doing business with them. Only did because a friend referred me but he even said they messed up his paint job once. Should have took that comment serious. Lesson learned for sure.
