Went and got two used tires put on the front of my truck on Thursday 4/3. Drove the car home and let it sit til Tuesday morning. I get on Southfield freeway to take my daughter to school and my car starts making a thudding sound. Thinking my tire popped I came up off the freeway and then my whole tire came off. Turns out my lug nuts were not put on right and the screws were even broken off. Had my boyfriend go to the tire shop and speak to the owner so they can fix their problem and of course he says "If it were us, the tire would've came off instantly. But I will see what I can help you with" Even people that don't work on cars know that's not necessarily true. Never going back, I see I'm not the only person that has a tire fall off

They didn't listen and follow directions, and because of it my tire came off the rim while driving. They said bring it back, however that would have cost me more than the $130 I had to pay for a whole new tire.

LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS… ALL BLACK WOMEN If you are a Black women with children or even an elderly person !! Beware of this scaming business. They will sale you a use tire for $60 and you will have to buy a new one within a couple days (in my case it’s only been 2 days) I even went back up there and the African American fellow told me I was ok I just needed to drive on it. Boy was he wrong after 2 more days went by as I’m leaving work to go on break I come out to a completely flat tire.. after getting the car towed to belle tire in Warren they should me the poor patch work and they even put I’m guessing soapy water to prove to me that Six mile auto tire sold me a bold tire.. now i understand that this is the only tire shop in that area but if we don’t stick together we will continuing to fall for anything. I don’t know about yall but I’m a single mother and $60 is a lot to lose. I would like to also add that six mile auto tire customers service suck.. as I called to try to make it aware what happened I was told if you continue to yell I will hang up, at that time I must admit I became so upset that I in fact did start to yell.. ( I know it wasn’t right) but at the end of the day I followed the energy that the men had on the phone. With this being said for all your tire needs Bronson Tire on 7mile and Southfield will never play with your money.. if you have a question they will answer the best of their knowledge and most of all my tire I got for $50 is still doing a great job.. you will not be disappointed.

These people are trying to kill me. They changed my tire and only tighten 2 lugs. One lug is lost. One is loose and the other one I can unscrew with my hand. I have lock lugs so no one can unscrew them without the key. I was wondering why my car was rocking when I drive or stop hard. Something terrible could had happened. I’m thanking god it didn’t. Today while driving it felt completely different so I stopped that’s when I noticed everything. Very disappointed in this place I go here to get my used tires l never had a problem. I know I’m never going there again. To many what if’s could had caused me my life.
