Signature Coachworks

Very nice and friendly people, thoughtful and courteous. They kept my motorhome for several months, working on it occasionally, as I had to make an emergency flight to Mich. They did a lot of good work, but, They installed a power converter but neglected to plug it in. Changed spark plugs and wires, distributer cap and several other things to the engine but, they used my blanket to cover the engine when they were nit working on it. They put in new batteries but did not clean the connecting wires. put up a new passenger side rear view mirror but did not tighten in down. They dropped the fuel tank and cleaned rust and debris out of it but they did not change the fuel pump or drain and rinse the fuel lines. They worked on the generator but did not change the defective choke or repair or replace the oil filter or add any oil. I don't know why they did not do the things that they should have and I do appreciate the things that they did, but I'm disappointed in having to either bring it back to them or have the repairs done somewhere else. It should all have been done correctly in the first place.

We took our Entegra Cornerstone here about a year ago to replace the refrigerator. Was told if they had to remove windshield to install the new frig it would about $3,500. They stated they was able to remove old frig and install new frig thru passenger door. Requested estimate 5 separate times but was NEVER GIVEN AN ESTIMATE UNTIL WE GOT THE BILL WHEN WE PICKED...$3,500 AND A LONG SONG. We will not be back.

Excellent service and quality workmanship on a repair to my RV air conditioning unit. Also, they fixed other things such as touch screen control panel problems, slides off-track, battery cables and other loose connections!! I will use them again if I ever need service. Thank you Signature Coach!!

These folks were great to work with. We had a A/C unit replaced under warranty. Required two trips due to a warranty replacement. They got us in and out fast. Extremely courteous with good communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They treat full-timers especially well. Squeezed me into their schedule in a week's notice. Great service from the office and knowledgeable experienced technicians. Going market labor rates. They provide electric hookups (water too except winter) and have a dump station. Stay the night before your service date and the night after your service and another if needed. I already have my next appointment scheduled with them
