Jason and his crew at In Gear Technology are on point, honest and reliable guys. The shop is well organized and clean. Jason and his team kept in well in the loop with my service and repairs while my RZR was being serviced. I will be using this shop in the future for my offroad toys repairs. Thank you in Gear Technology.

My name's Jeff and I'm here again on Oct. 13th 2024 after seeing that Jason from In Gear Technologies has only recently commented two months ago on my initial review, almost two years ago, and he has lied about somethings that I now have to clarify. I know he went thru a tough time last year while being in the hospital, but we all go thru tough times in life. He made it out, so that's good. Now, here's why I will never go back to this shop again and now see Jason as a complacent liar. 1. Jason says I had brought my KTM in to them on 5/19/23. This may or may not be correct, but he says I picked it on 5/31/23, 12 days later, when it was really in their shop much longer than this the first time. 2. He says I brought it back on 6/5/23. I don't think this was the correct time frame, but I do remember it starting one time, getting up the street on it, and then it died again, so a neighbor had to bring my bike and I back home in his truck. In Jason's response to me now, he says I brought my bike back to them again on 6/22/23 and that the battery wasn't staying charged and the stator had suddenly gone bad - which he says was not bad previously. During this time, Jason was still in the hospital and one of his mechanics (Darren I think) had quoted me a price over the phone for a KTM OEM stator for $240, though Jason had later told me over the phone that it would costs $370. There was never any mention of going with a cheaper stator from China as Jason claims I wanted to purchase, so his saying otherwise is a complete lie. 3. Jason says they charge a 3% service charge on debit/credit cards, yet the first time I paid for the work done on my bike, I did so by check, to which his mechanic never said anything about a 3% charge initially and I was not charged this when I had initially paid for the work done on it. It wasn't until the new stator was put in that I again paid with a check, and by this time, Jason had gotten out of the hospital and was there when I came in to pay on my bike again and pick it up for the third time. Jason saw that I was paying by check, in the amount his mechanic had initially quoted me over the phone. He told me he wished I had made it out for $370 instead of the $240 I had been quoted for, then told me there would be an $18 service fee on my check. I pulled out a twenty and either handed it to him or set it on his desk, in a nonaggressive manner, and told him to keep the change. He basically told me our business was done at the point and that he was no longer going to work on any KTMs over 20 years old anymore. 4. So, at no point did I ever treat Jason or his mechanic with any disrespect as he is claiming I did. Lastly, I had Gary with Grizzly Motorsports work on my bike at the beginning of this year. Gary noted that In Gear Technologies had overfilled the oil in my bike, so he fixed it, and again it only started one time. I posted the problem on Thumper Talk, and was informed about other possible issues as to why it still will not run, but I will have go on Thumper Talk again to review again what was said about it. In the meantime, I have had other expenses to deal with so haven't recently done any more yet on my bike, however I would in no way recommend In Gear Technologies for anything anymore.

I have serviced my Polaris 500 here twice for 2 different repairs. My bike is running like a champ. I highly recommend this repair shop. Customer service is great here too.

Where do I start with this place? In 2020 I bought a 05' KTM 450. Barely rode it twice and recently had Blais Racing services clean and rebuild the carb, new plugs and much other work totaling $1246.80. It started having issues not-starting after only a couple hours on it, then it sat in my garage for a couple years, so I had In Gear Technologies work on the carburetor again to get it running. I told them it recently had ben built and just needed to be cleaned but they insisted that I buy a whole new carburetor, so they did the work for $716 and the bike still wouldn't start. I took it back and they worked on it some more. Same issue so took it back again. At the time, Jason (the owner I guess) was going thru his own issues while in the hospital, so another guy (don't recall his name now), was running the shop and told me the initial total would be $716 to which I paid by check. He (Darren I think it was), told me there was only an extra charge on credit/debit cards and not on checks. So the third time I took my bike back, he told me the stater was bad and the cost for a new one would be $240 and he would just "eat it" on the labor, so I said ok and when they got the stater in, Jason had gotton out of the hospital and calls me telling me the the KTM OEM stater they put in would cost me $370 (instead of the $240 I was quoted the first time). I told him what the other guy had told me it would cost and how he wasn't charging labor this time. In talking to Jason right from the start, it sounded like he wanted to argue this point and told me a New KTM OEM stater cost around $370..yet I found them for less online, so he tells me "if you want to pay $240, then pay that and we're done, then he hung up. So after two months total shop time, I went to pick up my bike again and wrote out a check for it. I was almost out of there when Jason came in, saw my check for the $240 they told me it would cost over the phone, and tells me he wished I would have made it for out for $370 instead, and then tells me there would be an $18 service charge on my check! I whipped out a twenty and told him to keep the change. He told me he's done with this bike and probably not going to work on any KTM's anymore. So my bike started a couple times since I've gotton it back, but something (looks like oil at the base of the shifter and I first noticed it when I picked it up but didn't think too much of it at the time, thinking maybe it was just chain spray) but it's appears to be leaking and is evident where it's been sitting. It's been too hot to ride lately so just been starting it at least once a week. Today is the first day that again, my bike will not start and that oily mess is still there around the engine and on the floor in my garage. Jason will probably say some stupid crap like...I'm sorry you feel this way, give us a call so we can fix the situation for you...as I've seen him comment on other people's posts who have had a negative experience from this company, but he already told me he doesn't want to see my bike in there again and they already had my bike for two months anyway and STILL couldn't fix the problem of it not wanting to start again now even after putting in the new stator..or so they say they did. They're obviously not the company for me since they haven't really fixed anything after spending almost $1000 there. I can't even make out the writing for the work they said they did on the receipt I got. The reciept I got from Blais Racing a couple years ago is clear and concise, and my bike was running again after the three weeks Chris Blais had worked on it, so I guess I'll take my business there from now on. All I can say at this point is that my bike still isn't fixed and I wouldn't even give this place one star if I could.

Great service. It was the only shop I could find that would work on my 2009 Kawasaki teryx. All the other shops said they don’t work on anything over 10 years old. These guys are the best! Highly recommended.

Solid shop. I brought a 60cc bike in with a bad clutch. The team swapped out the clutch, changed the gasket and cleaned the carburetor. Had my son’s bike up and running in no time. I would highly recommend and plan to return the next time I need a repair. Strong work.
