After today's customer service I can see why they are 2.7. I purchased a snorkel kit from them for my son's rzr 200. I did an inventory layout and was missing 1 component. No big deal just call the company you bought it from right. NO after having to call 4 times to finally talk to someone. They told me I was SOL. I would have to call highlifter. Your a dealer for a product stand behind it or don't sell it. Go else where don't buy through these guys.

Having the same communication problems as a lot of other reviewers. The shipping speed was good but I got the wrong mirrors for my viking 6. Sent an email and never heard back so I decided to call them and was told they would look into it and call me back. Obviously that didn't happen either since I am writing this review. First and last time buyer with these people. Doesn't surprise me though given their location. Doubt I will get a response here either. Keep shopping people, don't waste your time here!!!

Ordered a set of wheels and tires on May 10th. Due to C-19, everything was back-ordered, so i patiently waited. June rolled around and Brad kept saying they are shipping next week, they are shipping next week. It's June 25 and I still dont have any wheels or tires. No one answers emails I sent, no one answers the phone. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company hoping to recoup my $870.00 that they charged me. Be careful placing orders with these guys.

Ordered a front and rear bumper for my side by side. The rear bumper came in a timely manner but they said due to covid the front bumper was on back order. I understood that so I waited. After waiting a month a shipment arrived and it was another REAR bumper. Have called and emailed many times with no response may have to do something legally because of course they got their money right away!!

Very poor service. Ordered almost $600 windshield and they listed it as shipping within 5-7 days. Emailed on the 5th day to see where order status was at and they said it could be up to 2 weeks before it shipped. I was fine with this since it's only a few extra days. 3 days later and now I was told that it could be 3-4 weeks out since they have them built per order. Nowhere on the website did it say anything about it having to be built after the order was placed. I figured it took a few days to get it packaged since it is a glass windshield. Called to see if there was anything they could do to help out with the cost of a temporary plastic windshield since it was advertised incorrectly and didn't state it had to be build. They said there is nothing they can do to help... Now I'm stuck without a windshield and will have to purchase a temporary one or not use the $24,000 utv I just bought. Thanks for the garbage service and I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Will try to update after I receive the windshield. EDIT: Manager called back and apologized for how previous discussion went. He is working with me on this issue and came through with an alternative that is helping me out. I feel that he did the correct thing in helping since the website was giving false information. Would recommend shopping here.
