NAPA Auto Parts - AutoPartsPros (LA163)

This is a great place to pick up parts for your car and pretty much everything else. They have a large selection of specialty tools as well. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful. They also have some of the harder to find cleaning and detailing supplies. When in doubt, call them, and they will look it up for you. Also, the quality of their name brand after market car parts is just better. There is a small parking lot up front and street parking as well. This store feels tucked away in a quiet part of Escondido. There is also wheelchair accessible parking right up front and is accessible easily on the first floor front door.

12/8 @1pm. Counter Chick Literally lies and said they didnt have the authority to do a return. Because the boss with the "LAST SAY" isn't in on the weekends. Went to poway Napa and returned it no issues. Waste of 2 hours and gas.

No veterans discount like every other NAPA I ever visited had every day of the year. Nor did they even have a discount on Veterans Day.

Don't call them cause it's gonna take 30 mins or longer to get an answer. It was easier to drive 35 mins to the store . They claim the people in line have to get served first . It was funny watching them take in new customers while I was in the store on hold . Just to see how shitty they are to people that call in . Piss poor way to conduct business.

First time customer, had a great experience. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. The staff are very knowledgeable, offered me a variety of options for the problem I needed fixed, and all in all offered exceptional customer service. 👍🏼

The place has been around longer than I think I have and I'm old lol. I actually worked here for a couple of months way back in my youth. It's Napa! You get what you're looking for and you always get quality. Staff are always there to help and always friendly.
