Bumper and Wheel Connection in Escondido – a great local small business in North County San Diego with really great ownership! My rims had a lot of road rash after 10 years. I went to BWC to have them repaired. They look great (see the attached before and after pictures). A word of advice: make sure to understand completely the difference between machined and polished. I initially had them machined thinking only the outer edges of the rim would be machined. But the way the process works, the entire face of the rim has to be machined. Honestly, they didn’t look great after being machined since the spokes are polished. So Napoleon (the owner) agreed to do them again – this time with a polish and charge me for the difference. A world of difference! Anyway, make sure to have a detailed discussion with the folks at the shop to understand the difference and pick the option right for your rims. Lastly, Anna from the front office was a joy to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. Great customer service!! If you need some help with your rims (or other body repair issues), you can trust Napoleon, Anna and their crew to take good of you and your vehicle.

A really bad business, their focus is to do minor wheel repairs for dealerships primarily, and they could care less about their walk-ins. Got a quote over the phone and sent them photos of what needs to be done, discussed every detail on the phone, confirmed with more photos and discussed some more. There was absolutely zero doubt what needs to be done. On the day of the drop-off they tagged an extra $100 which at that point I could not back out because I had promised to customer and needed to meet a deadline.
