Crossroadz Towing

Mando (armando) was great. I waited for another company and they ended up sending crossroadz. He ended up taking me from riverside county back to San Diego area and I forgot about the stress of my car being broken down. Super cool guy to talk to. Very knowledgeable. I hate that awkwardness of taking an uber cause you know the talk will be awkward but this wasn’t the case. The conversation made the trip go fast. The company is lucky to have an employee like him representing them. Thanks again mando.

Came 35 mins after dispatched, and this was after we already had another tow driver ghost us after waiting almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night. I wish we would've asked for our driver's name, he was kind and the uplifting gospel music was just what we needed to hear after a long, difficult night. Thank you kind sir whoever you were, may you be blessed always 🙏🏽

Worst customer service ever!!! Driver keeps saying they need more time to get here. How much more time do you need??!!! Ridiculous service. Called them back to back like 5 times to never get answer and when I finally got connected, “the driver will need 35 minutes”. I’ve been waiting longer that already he was assigned more than an hour ago. Edit: After writing them a bad review for their terrible service and communication, they called me and cancelled my call. Unprofessional!!! I hope no one in this area ever needs a rescue from them! Good lord!

Picture this: Southern California - 4:58 AM. My entire house hold has been brutally awakened before 5 AM on a Saturday morning by the BEEP BEEP BEEP alarm of a very loud diesel flatbed tow truck backing up continually in front of our house. Is it there for me? No. Does that make them stop? Also no. In fact, even asking them to stop doesn't work either. In fact, calling them to get them to stop gets you hung up on. Apparently they don't like getting woken up by the phone at 5 AM. So sarcastic shout out to Crossroadz Towing. You guys suck and act like jerks to little old ladies.

Terrible service! Company was assigned through my AAA tow request and the driver never showed up! Called me twice to tell me he was “almost there” then when I called the auto shop to see if he ever came to get my car they advised no one ever came. Called the dispatch office and spoke to the “owner” whose service was even worse! They are not reliable and do not communicate at all. I would rather push my car for 10 miles than let this company pick up my car.
