Where do I begin .. I usually don’t leave reviews But this one is definitely deserved!! I’ve been to many audio stores near and far ! Majority of places just take your money and quality sucks But no one has provided the highest level of customer service like Chris does , he is very knowledgeable in car audio and the quality of work is exceptional!! Him and his team really put in the work to go the distance to make sure you leave a happy customer! I’m very particular on my car and what I want done Chris listen’s identity your needs and get the job done & not to mention the price is great I feel confident in recommending anyone and everyone to give them a chance you won’t regret it !! Thank you Chris for giving me the ultimate experience when choosing a reliable audio shop ! Just go check out the shop in general you can tell they take pride in there work have all the proper equipment to actually do the job and they don’t take shortcuts like these other places !

Chris and his team installed tint, some rally lights, and a number of electronics on my old Subaru. Knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and communication levels were all impressive. Their "post-sales" service for any straggler questions is good. Pricing was fair. I've used a number of other car audio shops in the area - this one stands out to me as the best by some measure. I recommend this shop to anyone.

I stopped in after work because I wanted to upgrade the speakers in my F250 and had a couple questions about different brands and speaker configurations. Chris took the time to go over all my questions and answer all of them, at no point did he try to upsell me, actually when I started asking about sound deadening he told me on my truck it wouldnt really be beneficial unless I planned to do the entire cab and to save the money. Needless to say I went home with some new focal speakers, 5x7s for the rear and I decided to upgrade the front to 6.5 components with some adapter plates. The rears went in fine but I wasn't able to get the 6.5s to fit into the adapter plates, so I gave Chris a call and he told me to bring the truck in. Not only did he make some custom adapters for the speakers to fit in, but he went ahead and installed them along with the cross overs and tweeters. When they finished working on the truck he handed me the keys and told me he wasn't going to charge me for the install because he had recommended speakers that didn't fit and he wanted to make it right. I was shocked, they easily worked on my truck for 4 hours. They new speakers sound amazing and the customer service was the best I've had in a long time. We will definitely be doing back for all our audio needs.

I had an amazing experience with San Diego Car Stereo. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to install my new speakers and repair my amplifier. The sound quality is perfect, and the installation was quick and clean. Also have good pretty good prices. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to upgrade their car speakers.

I'm thrilled to have found San Diego Car Stereo! I was greeted by their super kind salesperson Chris Ruiz! I explained to him what I wanted he listened carefully and gave me 3 options. What I liked about Chris was invited me to look at his computer screen, review each options, provided pros and cons and then let me make the decision! He wasn't pushy or trying to sway me one way or the other—-just simply it's your decision!! #lovedit. The facility is super clean, with ample parking and, a super clean bathroom! Escondido has a hidden gem in the San Diego Car Stereo! I urge anyone, especially car customization enthusiasts, to look no further this is the place for you! One Satisfied customer!!!! P.S. Low on cash no worries they have no credit needed options!! When come by, tell Chris you read this review! He’ll take good care of you.

I found this place randomly because it was close to work. I am so happy I did! Chris there is so amazing and patient. He takes the time to figure out what you really need and how he can achieve that at the best price for you. I have replaced my stereo and rear camera here. Its my go to place for stereo needs :) Highly Recommend San Diego Car Stereo

First and foremost I want to say that you’re in great hands with Chris and his guys, he prioritizes customer service to the maximum and will do his best to ensure it’s the best possible work. He doesn’t try to push you into buying things you might not need but he does outline the options as well as the pros and cons of each. I shopped around and when I landed at this spot I immediately knew that they were different and that I’d be working with them. I was beyond satisfied with the sound system but not exactly with the new tailgate handle to accommodate the new backup camera on the truck. After addressing this Chris and his crew did his absolute best to ensure I was satisfied. Their warrantees are great and they’ll ensure you’re taken care of. I would definitely recommend this spot but if you’re still on the edge, shop around but I guarantee that you won’t find better service elsewhere!!
