Great Experience! I was working with Ray and he was really great about sending updates!! I tire hit my windshield while driving down the freeway. The work was finished a lot quicker than I expected too! So that was nice.

Great place! They did a fantastic job with my car, they matched the paint accurately which was a concern of mine. Got my car earlier than expected which was awesome. Staff is great, Marina at the front got in touch with the rental place which made it super easy for me to get a rental car. The rental place even picked me up.

My car was parked on a street in Escondido and got hit and run by some jerk. My mirror was smashed off, and Caliber Collision was able to fix it. The employees were respectful and professional from the start. They even helped me keep the cost of repair down by using one part of my old mirror that was reusable. Cost of repair for 1 side mirror being repaired was around $400 total, and it got fixed in literally 10 minutes, I'm not kidding. I was shocked! The longest I had to wait was a week for the parts to be ordered and shipped in. The photos I posted are of the "before." I forgot to take photos of the fix, but it is back to great!

Had an excellent experience at this Caliber Collision shop. Receptionist Marina was very friendly and Noel was very diligent and friendly. They even gave me rides back to my house the day I dropped my car and also for the pick up day. Sent me text messages along the process to give me updates of the repair. My car looks like nothing happened to it. I would go back and recommend this shop. Thank you guys!

On December 3rd, my vehicle was involved in an accident when another hit it. I took it to Caliber Collision for repairs. The other driver’s insurance company was giving me a hard time, but the staff at Caliber Collision assured me they would handle everything. This was a huge relief, as it allowed me to focus on my work without added stress. They kept me updated throughout the process and even washed my car before returning it to me. My wife had recommended this shop, which was conveniently within Allstate’s network.

Just outstanding work. Luis the service manager and his team respired our car right away, sooner than estimated. Luis kept us informed of progress and when we picked up the car he encouraged us to return if we had any issues with their work. Outstanding service, not to mentioned the quality of the work. Highly recommend this shop

Caliber was incredible, they communicated throughout the whole process. Luis was the rep that helped me and he is awesome, super friendly and easy to work with.
