What happened to the service department and advisors who actually talk to you? In the beginning they where great and discussed issues or recommended services. Last few times they just hand you the keys and say here ya go then send a video that doesn't work half the time. Took in for oil service less than 3 months ago ( I barely put any miles on it) all they said was brakes and that my cabin filter looked good in the video) come to get my car, tires obviously had not been rotated as promised and under inflated (bare minimum even out the pressure) anyway took my car to my regular spot for brakes and find out my engine filter is waaaayyyy past needing swapped and coolant is bad. I'm sorry but those 2 things don't happen in 3 months when I hardly drive but 15 mins back and forth to work. Disappointed but not surprised.. seems like staff has turned over in the past year and not for the better. Do better!! Really everything was great till after the remodel, no one even meets you at your car and vacuums it out like before for their package deal and they're obviously not doing a full inspection or they would've caught the issues in plain sight. Nope they'd rather your engine blow so they can replace it under warranty to make more money or something idk what other explanation would you have for simply not recommending standard services like filters and coolant. Not to sound like a Karen but I took one look at my coolant the other day and was like that's not right but I guess I thought I could trust you guys with bringing it to my attention, I know better now.

We literally never leave reviews. Ever. But this experience has been too horrendous to not report. Our daughter attends college in DM and developed car trouble. Spoke with the service department. We had the vehicle towed to Stew Hansen. 10 DAYS LATER, we had received almost no communication from them as to the status of the vehicle despite calling to check in and being told that they would likely at least look at it 4 days ago. We honestly finally had it towed to another repair shop after being told there were still 15 cars ahead of us this morning. Strangely, we were told the same a week ago. Ironically, the most communication we received from them came in the form of direct contact with our teenaged daughter despite us calling and telling them to only contact us in regards to the vehicle. We all have tough jobs and I very much respect the work of these mechanics, but suffice it to say, we will not be back.

I came in for an oil change and inspection of a broken seat buckle for warranty consideration. The buckle was broken by closing the seat electronically and wasn’t covered. Seems to be a design flaw that the buckle can be crushed by the seat and is a bit concerning what it would do to a child…. Service team overall did fine but the car wash is down everytime we are there, which is frustrating. Why even have it if it’s always down or not available?

Worst customer service ever! We took our vehicle in for a repair that was covered under warranty, engine ended up being replaced. The day we picked it up, the check engine light came back on and the vehicle smelled like burning oil, my husband checked the oil and there was barely anything on the dip stick. We had the vehicle towed back to them (per the recommendations!) and they said it was full of oil. Picture is our photo clearly showing nothing in there. They tried to say the oil is clear and you can't see it, motor oil is tinted yellow and the dipstick shows there is a tiny bit at the bottom. I asked for documentation on all the was replaced, amount of oil put in the new engine, and codes that were pulled both times the vehicle was in which they were unable to provide. Now they are saying they won't release our vehicle until we pay the tow bill which was their recommendation! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!
