Don’t trust them; always get a second opinion. They seem more interested in taking your money than helping you. They quoted me $1,400 for a repair, but I got it fixed elsewhere for just $100. Be cautious!

I've been going Culver City Honda since purchasing my car from them in 2018 and the service has gotten worse over time. The last incident was the final straw. After waiting almost 3 hours, I received my car and every dashboard light was lit up. When I told the attendant that something was wrong, he said I just needed to restart the car. I restarted the car and still, every light was lit. Turns out the service technician forgot to recalibrate my car. A time before that, the service technician forgot to replace the part he removed and left it sitting on my back seat. I asked for the service manager's contact information and called three times, leaving him a message two of those times and have never heard back from him. I am now taking my business elsewhere.

I am so grateful I came here and met the Service Director, Daniel Cabrera. I have been dealing with AC issues with my 2017 Honda Civic for 4 years. I had tried Airport Marina Honda and received terrible service (dropped off my car at 7am but they never called saying my car was ready to be picked up after the diagnostic so i had to walk there before close to check in because they wouldn't answer my calls or texts, service advisor didn't explain the issues just said 'it's been busy' and handed me the quote of $4800 that included other things that weren't even the issue, they lost my keys, they didn't re-assemble my cabin air filters back so it was all over my passenger seat). I was appalled especially since I bought the car at their location. I was completed turned off to the idea of going to another dealership service center again. However, when I visited about ~9 outside mechanics, they weren't able to help me due to the refrigerant needed in my car is only available through Honda. I decided to try the Culver City Honda for the first time in 2023 for my AC issues and went through a much better experience. They recharged my freon and gave me the advice to 1.) see how long it takes for it to leak out before we spend the ~$2347 they quoted into replacing the parts and 2.) contact Honda Corporate to explain my issue and see if they can help. The freon maybe lasted about 3 months until my issue came back (not blowing cold air) but luckily the quote they gave me was valid for an entire year so I had time. I also contacted Honda Corp and opened a case for my car for their Goodwill Assistance program. Honestly, I was pretty dissatisfied with the program as they did not give me a clear reason as to why I was denied (especially when they agreed this AC couldn't have been my fault) but that is their policy and their decision so I moved on reluctantly. This is when I started prioritizing all solutions through Daniel at Culver City. From the very beginning, he said he was going to help me out - he exceeded all expectations. Not only was he able to bring down my quote amount by -85% and fix the car within a day but he was communicative, responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions which is all I was looking for in the past! I could tell he genuinely cared I receive a better experience and cared I finally get this issue out of the way (especially before summer). He even followed up checking in that all was well with my car. His team member, Noemi, was equally helpful. A four year issue (more than 1/2 of the time I have had the car) was fixed within 24 hours and for a fourth of the original price...I am so happy and will going back for my services here.
