Their staff doesn’t communicate with each other. I came in just to pick up parts and was accused of not knowing how to take care of my car and when I said I was getting help from a close family friend who worked on my car many times before they then accused the friend of not knowing what they’re taking about. Went back again when they were out of a supply I needed and then they accused their own employees of doing the transaction wrong when I was last there. Seems like a toxic environment

Worst parts department I have ever dealt with the people that work here don’t care about anything they are very unhelpful and really push you to go somewhere else. Avoid this place like the plague it is the absolute worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Period, Whoever works on Saturday mornings in the parts department should be fired!!!

Be careful bringing your car here for service. They fill mess your car. I’m starting to notice that Toyota is scam. They want you to buy new car so they will make sure your car doesn’t lost longer so whenever you think they’re actually working on your maintenance or services they’re actually destroying your car. I brought my brand new car here and left with some much dust inside and out. What is a dust doing in my car and how did they get it in here? I’ll never ever buy Toyota again.
