Mike B was my service rep guy & he was amazing! He made what would’ve been a horrible situation into the best possible. Pat also helped tremendously in Mike’s absence. They made the whole experience not shitty at all ☺️. Having car issues during Christmas break is about the worst time you could ever have car issues. Luckily I had a great warranty & what the warranty didn’t cover, Mike went above & beyond to get the dealership to cover so I had a brand new 2025 Silverado to drive around while my perfect baby was being fixed. 🥰

Friendly staff. Jason helped me out. Got an oil Change. One of the easiest ones I have ever done at a dealer. They have it down to a science. They even cleaned my truck after. Price is fair for what it costs these days to get one done at a shop/dealer. Will be returning.

Michael, my advisor, was super helpful every step of the way. My appointment was for an oil change, but I also wanted to have some maintenance work added on while I was there, and wasn’t sure what services to prioritize that day. I appreciated his knowledge/expertise and truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. Upon servicing my vehicle, the technician discovered an issue that required immediate attention. Not only did I receive a text regarding this, but Michael also came to find me in the waiting area to explain it in person. His customer service was incredible. In all of our interactions that day, he was patient, kind and took the time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining. Also shoutout to whoever the technician was that found the problem and fixed it. My car is much older now and just the peace of mind I felt after leaving the dealership that day knowing my car was serviced with care & high quality from start to finish means more to me than you guys know! Pat in the service department at Serra Chevrolet in Sterling Heights did a great job. My vehicle was taken care of as quickly as possible, but more importantly it was done right. They even had my vehicle waiting with a fresh wash. Great job to Pat and the service department team.
