Second To None Auto Body

Frank and his staff provided customer service as it should be. They kept me informed the whole time, they are honest and good people. Something that is hard to find. I can't thank them enough!! Frank doesn't cheap out using low grade parts, this confirms he cares more about the quality of his work. I will always take my vehicle to Second to none if I need anything, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Frank and his people know this business inside and out. I took my prized 1959 Pontiac there for repair work that no other shop would even quote for me. Frank assured me that he had the best man anywhere for the job and he proved that to me by doing exemplary work in a very timely manner. I would maybe change one thing if I could and rename it "None Better Auto Body". Just kidding.

Second to None did a fantastic job fixing my Ford Expedition. I had damage to my front end, fender, door and hood. My car fixed looks so fabulous. Frank and his staff worked with my insurance and were so great communicating with us during the process. Frank does not cheap on anything, and made sure everything was done correctly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Second to None.

I went here based on excellent Google reviews and wanted to get an estimate figuring that their almost 5 star reviews, I assumed they did excellent work and had excellent customer service. I drove my vehicle up for an estimate and was told they wouldn’t do an estimate because it was a waste of time for them. A couple other body shops that I got estimates from the day before, had kindly got me an estimate and had no problem with me coming in for an estimate. I left Second to None absolutely shocked and baffled and disappointed. I drove down the street to another nearby body shop who was friendly to me and they got me an estimate right after leaving Second to None and they were able to get me in and out in under 10 minutes with an estimate. Second to none treated me very rudely for no reason and had me leave with no estimate for my vehicle. What a waste of time. I figured Second to None would be there for their customers, I was wrong. I very rarely leave a bad review for any business as a Google local guide, I usually have good experiences everywhere I go. I can’t say that about this place. Super disappointed with how I was treated. A 10 minute estimate, they didn’t have the time for their customer. I would have been a new customer of Second to None, I guess they don’t want new customers….

Frank and Liz are just amazing people, I brought in my 4 week old 2025 AMG Convertible and Frank did a perfect job repairing and repainting my bumper. I love people that take pride in their business, I highly recommend 👌
