Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I have been here a few times for patching, oil changes and tire rotations. I always receive great service for a fraction of the price of visiting the dealership. They are always upfront about wait times and don’t try to upsell me. Last time I visited, April was particularly helpful!

I take my car here for my oil changes. Close to my work. And can easily drop it off in the morning and pick it up later in the day. Sometimes they are busy and low staff, but over all a good experience and friendly staff. I go here often.

Woman at the front desk was more than helpful and lifted my tire out for me. She made the experience so much more pleasant and easier with being helpful, compassionate, and seemed happy to be at her job. Give her a raise !!

Excellent Customer Service! April is a true asset to this location. It is so hard to find many genuine people any more that are not afraid to work and go the extra mile. I expressed my fear of driving on a bad tire and April made sure I was taken care of and the manager in the office went out personally to get the correct tires for me as they didn't have them in stock. Thank you!

Went in for a simple tire rotation from the tires I bought from them. They went above and beyond. They did the rotation in a X pattern like I requested. And the rear rims have a tendency to stick to the drums. So they polished all the rust off the drums and the inside of the rims. Where the two parts contact.Then I put a barrier grease on the outside of the drums so they no longer wield themselves to the rims. God forbid get a rear flat. Now at least I know I can get the wheel off now to change it. Charge for all this? $0.

Had a great experience at Conrad's today. We hit one of the mammoth potholes in Cleveland which caused a flat. There was damage on the inside so it could not be repaired. Quoted $197 for a new tire. When we went to pick it up, the Firestone was not speed rated the same as the rest of our tires so they changed it to a more expensive tire but charged me the same $197 to honor their quote. Jeff was extremely helpful and everyone there was friendly and provided great service.

Today April 4 2025. Went in to buy 4 new tires and oil change. First they quoted me a price for tire alignment for 80.00 and the price was 99.95 . But the kicker they called me after 4 hours to tell me the car was ready to be picked up, so I said I be there soon it takes me 6 minutes to get there, anyway I get there I see my car in front parking lot so I walked over there and notice my car still running and door unlocked. I asked them about this when I walked in the store they did not say anything about it. So I’m please telling who ever reads this pass it around never go there they are not good people leaving my car running and unlocked. I will never go there and I want everyone please don’t go there. And the kicker is they did not even say sorry or anything place seems like they wanted my car to be stolen. Bunch of liers don’t trust this place See they did nothing
