San Jose Mitsubishi - Service and Parts Center

I bought a Lexus at this dealership about a year ago. As a first time buyer I had no basis to compare and rate the experience but I came to back to them when I started hearing a strange noise with my brakes. I am not very knowledgeable about cars so I had a lot of questions and was really worried about getting scammed. The last thing I wanted was to pay an expensive diagnosis fee for them to come back with something like "there's nothing we can do since it's a different make". But I was truly surprised at how much they were able to guide and advise me despite the brand differences. They were so patient and understanding with me, especially Abdul who went out of his way to do everything he possibly could to ensure I wasn't incurring any unnecessary charges and explain exactly what the limitations of his help were. He came on a test drive with me to help understand the issue without going through the diagnosis process. He mentioned he himself is not a mechanic but was able to get a sense of the issue and help me ask the right questions and point me in the right direction. I was very happy with the experience

Stay away from here. They will send you to collection for there own Mistake. They don't even deserve a 1 star review. I bought a car with them a year ago and had a horrible experience, months after i purchased my car I was sent a bill that I owned them money because they paid the dmv registration fees late so they were charged extra. They were try to bill extra for there error even months after I had bought my car with them. Why should I have to pay for there mistake when I already paid them enough for the fee they charged me when buying my car off them. Today a year later I received this letter stating they have sent me to collection for an error they made. I would recommend you to buy anywhere else but from here.

Called to speak with someone regarding an issue with my older model Mitsubishi.. was unable to speak to anyone except a receptionist, had to leave a voice mail.. over 3 weeks now and no one ever returned my call.. highly unprofessional and I will never recommend or use this locations service center as a result.
